It's all about location! This home is positioned perfectly between Tawas and the renowned Au Sable River in Oscoda, this 1542 square foot home boasts 70 feet of sandy Lake Huron frontage on some of the best shoreline in Michigan. Get away from the noise and traffic of US 23 in this quiet neighborhood. Enjoy swimming, bring your own water toys for kayaking, or paddle-boarding all right from your own private beach. Every room in the house offers pristine views of aqua blue water and sensational sunrises. As soon as you walk in the back door from the mudroom then proceed through the kitchen and living room for a wonderful breathtaking view! For rest later on you can walk through the main floor bedroom area w/the pull out sleeper, then up to the two large upstairs bedrooms each has its own bath. Step out onto the balcony for some fresh air and wonderful sounds and sights and of Lake Huron. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi in all bedrooms. Local attractions include Tawas Point State Park, Iargo Springs, Lumberman's Monument and the Au Sable River.

Girls trip

The house was very clean and the views were amazing! Want to book here again next year!! You cannot get a better back yard, the beach was clean and water was clear! Loved it!

Nice property right on the beach. Sandy bottom lake where you can walk to sand bar. Quiet peaceful area.

Simply awesome and enjoyable

Our family (5 adults, 1 teen, 2 children) enjoyed 4 days (2.5 days with rain & cold) together just hanging out enjoying the house and property. It was all we could ask for as a replacement getaway for the family (we had other plans to go further North that fell through). Great house and location and will be back again for sure.
