Unit 31- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. ***This unit is a strict 7 night minimum*** This absolutely stunning completely renovated two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the third floor of our Grande Tower Building. The amazing direct gulf front views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The large living room is equipped with a 65" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your enjoyment. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The furnished enclosed patio with sliding windows, allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Poor Security management.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole condo furniture needs better cleaning of the upholstery to the very least. Better yet with the high income they are charging, the furniture should be changed when is looking dirty and rundown. The last 3 nights we couldn't even sleep since there a mob of people right on beach and very close to the tower screaming. Shouting etc one night even the police came and couldn't control the large crowd.

The only downside to our stay was the furniture in the unit. It is old, uncomfortable and stained. The furniture has been an issue for quite sometime since we read about it in previous reviews. We were hoping that it would have been replaced prior to our visit but that wasn't the case. The furniture issue detracted from the overall beauty of this rental.

The only thing that would make the stay nicer would be if the Large pool would be open until 10:00 like it used to be instead of closing at 8:00. We had to go to the small pool. It was way too crowded and to far from the Grand Tower. We only went to the small pool one because of this, we miss the late swims in the large pool.

Sarasota County has an ordinance stating that if there are no stadium lights near pools then it is not safe for guests to swim after dark. We, unfortunately, can not install stadium lights there as it is too close to the beach and we are a sea turtle nesting ground. We're just trying to do our part to Save the Turtles! We stay in the Towers and we were in a different unit (for us) that must have just been newly renovated - NICE! We love the Tower, the views, the beach, the windows...top notch and cannot be beat. The staff has been amazing through all the years; especially helpful this year with the hurricane. They are so friendly and actually remember us in-between visits. We love this place - Siesta Key is our favorite place in the world, and this is the perfect place to enjoy and live it!

Palm Bay Rental Review

While there was mention of possible renovations that I had to agree upon in signing the agreement, the noise level of the renovations was sometimes quite loud. I would have also thought their start time could have been later. After all, vacation is for relaxation, and getting up a little later without an alarm is a luxury.

The Palm Bay Club stay

The view is amazing, the beaches the very best, and staff including the security group! It was spring break week and there were many partyers having boisterous fun in the darkenessm of the beach untilthe wee hours of the morning, almost every morning.The unit was very clean yet the furnishings did not support the price paid. We know that the view is the money maker yet for $500+/night we expected more. We are not returning next year as we will be spending our vacation budget on a cruise.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After coming to the Palm Bay almost every year for 16 years, we are looking for new spot. The location is amazing! Our unit had a spectacular view but the furniture and finishings were bare bones and poor quality. Traveling with our elderly parents with one elevator working (and at one point both not working) was frustrating. We ended up buying basic items just to make the place livable. So disappointing after years of great memories.

Hello, thank you for your review. I am very surprised on your comment on this unit. It was taken down to the studs and totally remodeled last year. As stated on our website, we are replacing all of the elevators and there was a working elevator at all times, except for one instance when kids jammed the elevator. We we also wish that you had let us know what you needed, as we have items in our inventory. We do truly try to make everyone's stay a perfect one. We are sorry that you will not be returning.

Other reviews had mentioned the furniture was not that comfortable, but we thought people were just being too picky. However, after staying in this unit we learned real quick they were spot-on. The couch was awful. My in-laws could not sit on the couch because it was so soft and low to the ground they wouldn’t be able to get out if they sat down. This was a real inconvenience for everyone because it limited comfortable seating options. The unit didn’t have enough flatware for 6. We assumed someone must’ve taken some of the flatware previously, but was surprised the management company hadn’t replaced them. Overall the unit was clean and beautiful. Great location with gorgeous views!

Palm Bay - Tower room 031

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in the tower at Palm Bay Club. This unit is overall very clean and nice. The views are amazing! The furniture in the unit is very cheap, the dresser drawers barely open & close. The beds are comfy! It would be nice if there were a few cleaning supplies left in the unit, having to buy stuff to clean the counters & glass top table for the week is annoying. The kitchen is stocked with utensils & dishes for the week. No in unit laundry, but using the community laundry in the hallway is not a big deal. It was nice this unit is on the 3rd floor as only one elevator was working all week and it was very slow. We used the stairs most of the week except when bringing luggage in and out. The beach is beautiful with the most amazing sand! Having a beach attendant from Palm Bay Club help with chairs this year was very nice instead of dragging chairs across the beach. Overall, another great week at Palm Bay Club! In regards to booking for future stays, it would be nice if they let the current renter have first right of refusal for the following year.

Absolutely beautiful, but lacking comfort!!

I have stayed in several units in Palm Bay Club Grand Tower and as all the other units, this one is gorgeous! The views are AMAZING! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. They had a couple umbrellas, some children’s beach toys and a cooler. The front lanai is enclosed but does have a large slider window to open it up. The showers are hot and have wonderful pressure. Now onto the BUT, the furniture is horrible. The king bed was rock hard, and the dresser had a broken drawer and was cheap plywood. We just left our clothing in the luggage and used the closet. The beds in the 2nd bedroom must be old, because they sank in the middle, you tend to roll to the middle. The living room furniture was so small, very cheap and very uncomfortable. It was hard to sit and relax as a group. We ended up just sitting at the kitchen table during our time in the unit. I would think with how wonderful this unit is, they would want the furnishings to be just as wonderful. Please update with some new, exceptional quality furnishings and I will definitely book again!! Love Palm Bay Club and will continue to book here!

A Stunning View with Furniture Woes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My recent stay at The Palm Bay Club in Siesta Key, FL, was marked by a mix of awe and, well, mild frustration. The property itself is fantastic, and the unit (031) Tower Gulf Front SW, is both pristine and able to be beautifully captured in photographs. But, let's talk about the elephant in the room – THE FURNITURE QUALITY.The bed in this unit was, shall we say, not my cup of tea. It had springs that were audible and painful; I half-expected a concerto as I shifted in my sleep. As for comfort, it felt as though I'd made a reservation for a night on a slab of concrete. If your partner wiggles their toe, you will also be feeling it. If rock-hard sleeping surfaces are your thing, you're in luck.And then there's the couch. It's petite, to say the least. If it were any smaller, it might be mistaken for a loveseat for two teenagers. It's akin to a college dorm room relic, which doesn't quite align with the serene beachfront setting. Additionally, there are only two other stiff armchairs, which cannot be "lounged in" to watch a movie. In all seriousness, The Palm Bay Club is a beautiful destination, and it deserves furniture that matches its overall appeal. My suggestion is simple: invest in better quality furniture. Spend approximately $15,000 on three new mattresses (Kirkland S&F), two bedroom sets, and an actual substantial sectional for the living room. This upgrade would MAJORLY elevate the guest experience without a doubt. For a 1-2 million dollar condo, you'd seriously expect better quality furniture. In conclusion, while The Palm Bay Club itself is a tropical paradise, the furniture in this particular unit leaves much to be desired. If you're in the mood for a beautiful location with a great view but don't mind sacrificing a bit of comfort, then it might just be the perfect choice for you. But for those who value both aesthetics and a good night's sleep, a furniture upgrade would go a long way in making this unit truly

Disappointed after 22 years at PBC!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only one elevator working in the Tower (for the 3rd year) and the "new" elevator not operating for part of our stay. A/C for all units in the Tower out for an entire day. Sadly, no one checked our unit after repairs were completed so we returned to a very warm unit and had to wait for maintenance/security to turn our system back on. And to top it off, next year's prices increasing by more than 50%. Love the location, but this resort is not keeping up with the maintenance of the property and at the same time increasing prices....not sure we can justify a 23rd trip. :-(

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this unit but did find the floors built up with dirt in all the edges of the rooms. It was this way last year but not as bad. This year it was very bad. I purchased some cleaning supplies and took care of it myself. It just took getting on your hands and knees to using a bit of muscle. I did let the front office know at the end of my stay and they said thank you. In addition, the white furniture was stained and a chair pillow coming apart. The master click did not work and just flashed. The location is wonderful but the unit needs a bit of TLC.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was clean, well decorated with excellent views of Siesta Key beach.However; the dishwasher never worked, there was very loud construction work in the unit above us most mornings and early afternoons which was unbearable so we made sure to leave our unit most days. When l called front desk about the construction noise I received a 4 word response; "It's in the contract".Most if not all the tennis rackets are old and in need of repair.

Palm Bay Club Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was ok. There were a few things that were disappointing. While checking in I was asked by Tammy Marie what unit I rented and I told her I didn't recall but I had a confirmation number. She rolled her eyes at me and sighed. She told me our unit wasn't ready and then 6 minutes later called me to say that it was. She clearly didn't check first. One of the elevators was broken our entire stay which was an inconvenience. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable but the living room furniture was uncomfortable. The security and grounds staff were all very friendly. We go yearly to Siesta Key and are unlikely to return to Palm Bay Club.

The only suggestion would be to have staff to assist with taking the chairs to the beach.

Unit 31 - Palm Bay Beach Club - just ok. Beautiful views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property multiple times. First time in this unit. This unit was newly remodeled but is lacking some functional things. One of the drawers in the master bedroom dresser was broken and couldn't use. They didn't have any hooks anywhere to hang things, (bags, towels, etc.) The bathrooms were small and would've been nice to have a hook on the back of the doors to hang towels. Some of the shades were hard to open. First day there the fridge wasn't getting cold and not a lot of hot water either for this unit. The main tv was hard to use and could never get netflix to work on it. Even tried putting a firestick to use and that wouldn't work. Gorgeous views from this condo, would've liked a table on patio instead of the bar area. Wasn't very comfortable. The beds were not comfortable either. The master shower smelled funny. Some outlets not working in unit.I would've expected less maintenance things from a newly remodeled unit.
