The massive house offers 4 rooms, 2 bedrooms 1 with double bed, the second with 2 bunks, sleeps up to 4 people.
Satellite TV and radio and free Internet access can also be evening boredom.
In the winter and in the transitional period the gas central heating for cozy warmth in the summer there are 600 m² well-kept garden with terrace and grill at your disposal.
The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hobs makes you independent from expensive restaurants!
The bathroom, of course with clean shower and toilet.

On request we provide a cot and a highchair available free of charge!
A secure parking lot is located on the property.
We ask our guests not to smoke in the house, but there is a covered smoking area.

Out of consideration for allergic pet hair it is not possible to bring pets.

By car the house via the Berliner Ring exit Marzahn is reached. Getting to us is possible without Umweltplakete the car!
Walk in 5 minutes to the next bus stop, in 20 minutes. to the underground U5, in 20 min. by S-Bahn Birkenstein.
