Wonderful Home in a great location

We found the location of this property in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the calanques. The house is beautifully furnished and well appointed. The garden area and the pool are a delight. The property is a short walk from downtown port and many good restaurants. The owners were very friendly. They made us feel very welcome. Jaques was very helpful. He gave us some good tips, and made a reservation by phone (my french isn't goog enough for reservations by phone) for us. We stayed for two weeks and it was our base for lots of hiking, swimming an daytrips in the Cassis area. We can highly recommend this property. So much better than the confines of a hotel room and much better value.

Logement passable mais logement Ă  la porte des calanques

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© pour deux nuitĂ©es le logement 1; il nous a Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ© le logement 2. Il s'agit probablement d'une ancienne cave au vu de la fraĂźcheur et de l'humiditĂ© ambiante au sein du logement. De nombreuses cloques sur le mur dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain, le logement est carrelĂ© d'un sol noir qui laisse Ă  chaque pas des empreintes (mĂȘme en chaussettes !). Il y a un bruit de Vmc assez fort dans la chambre qui est tout de mĂȘme consĂ©quent ( pourtant je ne suis pas une personne sensible au bruit pour m'endormir..). Au vu du prix demandĂ©, les prestations de ce logement ne sont pas Ă  la hauteur de ce que j'ai pu dĂ©jĂ  louer a ce prix lĂ . Le vĂ©ritable et unique point positif que nous avons trouvĂ© Ă  cette location est l'emplacement gĂ©ographique ( vraiment trĂšs trĂšs bien situĂ© pour aller marcher dans les calanques sans tourner en rond pour se garer ! Il y a une place de parking Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la rĂ©sidence ) Je recommande dans le salon d'ajouter une petite table ou quelque chose pour poser sa tasse de thĂ© autrement que par terre. Ainsi que d'ajouter au moins du sel ou du poivre Ă  disposition dans la cuisine.

Bel appartement mais mal entretenu. Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Escaliers non précisés pour y accéder hors j ai un handicap. Peu de rangements. Four sur un chariot. Parasol cassé. Traumhafte Lage, aber mit MĂ€ngeln

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnungung 4 gemietet. Leider merkt man, dass die Vermieter sich nicht mehr so intensiv um die Anlage und besonders die Wohnung kĂŒmmern. WĂ€re das App. voll mit 8 Personen belegt worden, so hĂ€tte es nicht genug Geschirr gegeben. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir zwar noch Porzellanteller, aber einiges war auch schon stark beschĂ€digt. Ein einziges Bad inkl WC ist selbst bei 6 Personen grenzwertig. Die Schlafzimmer sind nett möbliert. Am meisten störte uns jedoch, dass der zum App. gehörende Terassenbereich zur Straße gelegen ist und man direkt auf die MĂŒlltonnen, den abgestellten AnhĂ€nger des Vermieters und die parkenden Autos blickte. Null PrivatatmosphĂ€re! Schöne ist der Pool, allerdings waren viele der Liegen beschĂ€digt. Es lagen 1 Woche lang offenbar neu bestellte Liegen unausgepackt neben dem Haus. Die Lage zu den Calenques ist super. Zum Ort ist es doch weiter als gedacht. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten wirkte auch nicht wirklich gepflegt. Schade, denn eigentlich war das Mal eine tolle Immobilie. Wir waren schon mehrfach in anderen Objekten des Vermieters. Die waren in einem besseren Zustand...

Hervorragend ausgestattete Appartements in Spitzenlage

Die Ausstattung der Appartements lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Sie wurden mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet- ein Ort zum WohlfĂŒhlen. Beim Entspannen im Pool blickt man ĂŒbers Meer, den Ort und die Calanques- die Lage könnte kaum besser sein (5 min. zu Fuß in den Ortskern, 1 min. bis zum Supermarkt.) Jacques, unser Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und hielt wertvolle Tipps fĂŒr die Erkundung der nĂ€heren und weiteren Umgebung bereit. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung- fĂŒr Singles, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen hervorragend geeignet.

Week end du 10 au 12 mars 2017

La location Ă©tait convenue proche des calanques en raison de la proximitĂ© du GR 98 et du centre de Cassis. Mais peu avant le dĂ©part, celle ci a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©placĂ©e au 7 avenue des terrasses. Le logement est trĂšs bien agencĂ©, Ă©quipĂ© et agrĂ©able. Il convient parfaitement pour 4 personnes ou un couple avec deux enfants. L' extĂ©rieur dĂ©voile une vue magnifique sur la falaise du cap Canaille et la mer mĂ©diterranĂ©e. La piscine (hors service en cette saison) demeurait quand mĂȘme attrayante en ce samedi bien ensoleillĂ©. L'utilisation de la voiture est inĂ©vitable. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la gentillesse de Nathalie. Grace Ă  ses conseils, nous avons dĂ©couvert les 8 calanques/9 par bateau oubliant le GR 98. Nous y reviendrons pour la rando et un conseil appelez directement Jacques ou Nathalie. Ils sont Ă  mĂȘme de vous renseigner.

Appartement vu sur la mer

Nous n'avons pas pu ĂȘtre logĂ© dans l'appartement de la villa mais en compensation, le gĂ©rant des lieux nous Ă  proposĂ© un appartement avec terrasse qui a une magnifique vue plongeante sur la mer et le port de CASSIS. Nous conseillons cette annonce et remercions Jacques RUCHEGUDE pour son accueil et l'attention apportĂ© Ă  notre bien ĂȘtre. De plus, que ce soit l'appartement vue sur mer ou celui de la villa, ces deux logements sont Ă  deux pas du dĂ©part des calanques de CASSIS... Avis aux marcheurs et fan des Calanques comme nous!!

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Lage, Ambiente und Ausstattung der kleinen Ferienanlage (4 Apartments) ist perfekt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl alle 4 Apartments belegt waren, war es sehr ruhig. Nathalie und Jacques sind sehr hilfsbereit und besorgt um die GĂ€ste. Besonders die Lage ist perfekt. Rundum alles grĂŒn, in einer Anwohnerstrasse, wenige Minuten zu Fuss zur ersten Calanques, ca. 15 Min. zum Hafen, an dem es viele schöne Bars und Restaurants gibt. Auch ein Ausflug mit dem Boot zu den einzelnen Calanques ist empfehlenswert. Aber uns hat am besten gefallen, dass wir 14 Tage unser Auto nicht bewegen mussten, weil wirklich alles sehr gut zu Fuss zu bewĂ€ltigen ist. Im Ort gibt es alles fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf, Mittwoch, Freitag und Samstag Markt mit frischen Produkten und ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Supermarkt ist ebenfalls fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar (U-Express). Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr die Calanquen

Eine saubere und angenehme Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist topp gelegen um die Calanquen zu erkunden, ein wunderschöner Nationalpark mit tollen Badebuchten und tĂŒrkisem Wasser. Der Pool ist auch eine nette Abwechslung. Obwohl sich vier Wohnungen in dem Objekt befinden, ist jeder fĂŒr sich. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert in einer sehr vielseitigen Gegend zum Baden, Wandern, StĂ€dtebesichtigen...

Petit Paradis !

Formidable ! Superbe cadre, joli studio moderne, pratique qui surplombe la piscine.Merci aux propriĂ©taires pour leur accueil sympathique ainsi que pour leurs conseils de visites.Nous avons passĂ© une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able, au calme, les locataires ne se retrouvant qu'au bord de la piscine.Nous garderons un trĂšs bon souvenir de Cassis, visite Ă©galement du Castellet, de Marseille (allez-y en train c'est plus pratique), une petite balade en kayak dans les calanques ou en bateau sans oublier la promenade sur la route des CrĂȘtes entre La Ciotat et Cassis.Semaine inoubliable.
