WELCOME TO MANITOU RD! Minutes away from Downtown Littleton and light rail stations to downtown/airport. With 20 minutes Red Rocks, Fiddlers Green, Hudson Gardens, Meow wolf, DT Denver and close to the Mountains. Beds are memory foam for your comfort. 3 bathrooms w/ Shampoo/bodywash. Dart board, poker table and closet of games to keep you entertained! Home Theater in basement, 2 bedrooms and laundry room. 2 LARGE comfy couches, HUGE backyard w/ a fire pit! Kitchen stocked with most appliances/dishware. 70 Inch smart flat screen in main living area. This is my primary residence, but will stay else where during your stay. There are security cameras in the living, basement, driveway and front door.

Great house in Littleton, Co

We have a large family and we came up to Littleton for a family wedding. The house is large and with 3 bathrooms very comfortable. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy our time in Littleton. I would highly recommend it.

Pretty clean, feels very lived in but that is not a bad thing. Keypad to get into the house was a little confusing to figure out at first. Plenty of space, large backyard, Alexa service for a lot of features, plenty of board games and lawn games. There are cameras in both living rooms, understandable that they want to keep an eye on things, but feels a bit awkward. We had a bunch of friends visit from out of town and this place was great for that-good location and had plenty of beds for everyone. I would recommend.

Great property to chill and play games

Owner was super nice, responsive and the property was easy to find and access. They made it easy in terms of cooking with so many available spices and condiments. This is not a pristine place, clearly having pets in the property, aged furniture and cursory attempts at cleaning vs. deep cleaning. e.g. I wouldn't recommend babies crawling on the floors. The cleaning between stays was not a Covid cleaning, with shaving hairs in the sink and many fingerprints on cabinet and counter surfaces.

This home is perfect for any occasion! Well its a short trip to, or a longer stay. For fun, for business, whatever the occasion I have prepared my home to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From when you wake up in the morning to wonderful blue skies and your own personal breakfast nook featuring: coffee maker, electronic tea kettle, Krueger, blender and egg cooker! After you are fueled from breakfast my house is nicely located near a ton a great actives and features. Jump in your car and head to Downtown Littleton, Denver, Golden, Redrocks or head up into the mountains for hundreds of wonderful hikes! Public transportation is also nearby if preferred. After you amazing day exploring Colorado, come home and relax with a 120 inch projector screen, dart board, poker table or board games. The backyard is also huge and welcoming to fun activities such as Giant Jenga, BBQ, fire pit and other backyard games! Full kitchen with plenty of appliance and cookware to prepare your own meals. Or tons of local restaurants and shops to enjoy. Finally, rest your head on any of the TEN mattress we have to offer! With 9 of the mattress are Memory foam mattresses for everyone's comfort! Sheets are clean and soft Micro fiber sheets. Shampoo and body wash are available in every bathroom! If there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable please let me know.
