It has a separate bedroom and a furnished balcony with a beautiful view towards the forest. The exclusive complex was opened in 2013 and has direct access to the beach. The house sea view is with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area fitted. So you can relax in every season in the house sea view.

The approximately 42 m�� apartment Am Strand 2 is modern and can be booked for 2 to 4 people. In the combined living / dining area you will find a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 2 persons. From here you can enter the balcony. The harmoniously integrated kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In the separate bedroom with TV and wardrobe you will sleep in a comfortable box spring double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Also her four-legged friend is allowed in the apartment. An underground parking space reserved for holiday guests is available for a fee.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
