There are hardwood floors throughout, with a tiled kitchen containing a full refridgerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove. A ladder in the hallway leads up to a separate loft bedroom with 2 twin beds suitable for children or adventuresome adults. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and the full bath is off of the kitchen and a hot outdoor shower. A pull out sofa bed in the living area is available for additional sleeping room.
There is a hot outdoor shower off of the wrap-around-deck. The deck faces the beautiful sunsets in the West. The property is adjacent to the neighborhood-shared beach access stairs that lead down to the sandy, shallow harbor beach. There are 4 beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella at your disposal. The gas BBQ, patio table and loungers allow you to enjoy your meals with direct views of the famous Nantucket harbor and sunsets. Your stay in this cottage will make for an unforgettable Nantucket experience.

Directions:
From Main St. in Nantucket town, turn LEFT onto ORANGE ST. Follow the road approximately 1.0 mile. Enter the roundabout (you will see the Rotary restaurant on your right) and take the THIRD EXIT onto MILESTONE RD. Drive 0.3 miles then turn SLIGHT LEFT onto POLPIS RD. Drive 3.1 mi and turn LEFT onto QUAISE RD (this is 0.6 miles past the Life Saving Museum). Follow the road until it curves to the left. Quaissez Faire will be the 5th house on the right (37 Quaise Rd), on the water.
