the place was very clean and tidy. Overall it was great. The only thing is its the other side if a duplex, but we didnt have any oroblems or anything like that. i will definitely be booking again the next time im in miami

We booked this house because it was close to FIU to help move our child into college. Was 7 min. drive. That was THE ONLY REASON! House seemed semi clean. Very outdated. Rug in living room seems to be from 100 years ago. Shag. Needs to go! 1 sofa that sits 3 people for a house that can host 7. No coffee maker as mentioned. Host was apologetic and was sorry for the inconvenience. He decided to buy one and deliver it to us at 10:50pm. We were all in bed sleeping & scared the crap out of us. But hey, we got a coffee maker. EVERY SINGLE WINDOW in the entire house was UNLOCKED! Only reason we checked is because we bought a bunch of stuff for college. Every window had missing portions of the blinds, so people can just see inside. Kitchen pans very old. Everything that was cooked on them burnt!
