Neighborhood lake access 2 blocks away for swimming and close to public boat launches and North Higgins Lake State Park. Walking distance to B&B Marina for boat and paddleboard rentals. Forest Dunes golf is only twenty minutes away.
Main bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom full bed and third bedroom twin daybed with matching twin trundle. Sunroom can be used for sleeping on couch or room for air mattress (included). Renovated kitchen offers easy cooking. There's also an outdoor grill and fire pit w/adirondack style chairs for campfires. A/C and heat for any extreme weather. Perfect for a family looking to get away!
