"Cozy Family Retreat in Edgartown"

Relax and unwind in this welcoming Edgartown home, perfect for family gatherings and summer memories. Lounging on the charming front porch surrounded by blooming hydrangeas. This is truly the best way to slow down and enjoy island life.

Comfortably accommodating between 8 guests (If more, approval needed). Our home features a bright living room with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a cozy fireplace(winter). The kitchen opens to a back deck and spacious backyard, ideal for family barbecues and outdoor fun. The first floor includes Two Queen bedrooms, a full bath, and washer/dryer.

Upstairs, enjoy a peaceful Primary En-suite, plus a second En-suite bedroom with four twin beds, perfect for kids or extended family members.

This is A warm inviting home where families can relax, reconnect, and feel right at home in Martha’s Vineyard.

We provide a starter kit:- toilet paper for every bathroom, kitchen towels, dish washing liquid, a sponge, one bottle of detergent, one bottle of fabric softner.

Once these supplies are exhausted, renters are responsible for the purchase of their own supply.

Early check in fee will be applied if requested.

Very clean house with all amenities functional. Fantastic communication with the owner, who was very responsive and fair. She was also very accommodating and helpful with our questions and island transportation challenges. Would definitely rent again, great stay.

Communicative, clean and family friendly

The space was as advertised and had plenty of room for our family. It was very clean and the owner was very friendly and communicative. It is just down the street from Morning Glory Farm, a family favorite.

MV Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The host, Candace was so accommodating and replied to any messages right away! The house was everything they said and more and a perfect place for us! We will certainly be back!!

Absolute Perfection. Book Now!

This property was not only perfect for our family of 6 adults but it was everything we needed and more. Great location. Stocked with everything we needed and then some. Amazing host, great communication. Easy check in. The family room was furnished perfectly. All of us could sit together and enjoy each others company. Front and back deck. This house is a winner! We will be booking again. Candace was a gem.
