Rocky Mountain Lakefront Home close to Denver

Ground floor two bedroom guest unit in the large log cabin home in a private setting on Georgetown Lake. Hiking trails await out the front door as well as fishing and sightseeing. The unit has a separate entrance from the owner-occupied upper floors and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, patio. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a king bed, an office area and sitting area (two futon sofas) and walk-in closet. The master bath has a double vanity and no-step shower. Second bedroom is smaller and has a California king bed with full bath. (This is an interior bedroom.)
There is a futon in the master bedroom for an extra bed.
Guests have their own washer and dryer. Guest kitchen features a gas range, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.
Relax on the front porch with your first cup of coffee or after a long day. Cook a meal on a propane BBQ grill.
Two parking spaces are available on the property for guest use.

If you have a minute please start the first load of laundry with towels. Bring all bedding in the laundry area.
Close all windows before you leave. All trash needs to be in the blue bin outside.

Lovely Long Weekend!

We enjoyed this cabin so much. It was both a relaxing, serene vacation stay as well as rich with local amenities such as hiking, white water rafting, restaurants and close to Denver for a city vibe. The place was clean and outfitted with what we needed but the BEST part was the lake and the morning/evening views from the porch!

A perfect place to stay if spending time in Georgetown! Right on the lake. Love the front porch. The host, Katja, is so friendly and welcoming. For those with little ones, the cabin was equipped with a high chair, pack n' play, a booster seat, and some toys! We've stayed here twice and hope to again for many years to come!

Relax on the front porch facing the lake with your first cup of coffee or BBQ after a day of hiking, biking, fishing or skiing. It is hard to belief you are only 40 min away from Denver. Inside you will find two comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, great kitchen with high-end appliances and open space living room with dining area.

What makes this property unique

The lakefront property is just a few steps from several trails. Start your hike or bike from the doorsteps. In the winter ski Loveland is 15 min away. You are close to all Georgetown restaurants but in a very private setting on a lake. Denver is 40 min away. Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, Winter Park are 30-50 min away.
