Celebrate in style in this super chic urban oasis. This stand alone house (not a townhouse) can sleep up to 12 people on three separate floors that are connected by an elevator and stairs. Outdoor spaces include one on the main floor with a BBQ and fire pit, one a the top floor with a fire pit and view, and one each on the front of the building on the first and second floor. High end Viking appliances, architectural railing, and art are scattered throughout. Check out the "Landing Strip"!

This pristine modern house is in a perfect location - close to the cultural, sporting, culinary and fun activities that define Denver.. Less than a block to some of the best restaurants in the city of breakfast, lunch an Dinner. Get a ice cream from Little Man as you walk to Union Station on your way to Larimer Square or the Rockies Stadium. Ride an e-scooter or e-bike to see West Highlands, Sloan's Lake or Cherry Creek. This place was amazing, exactly what we needed and a really nice house. David was great with communication and had somebody show us around when we checked in. Would recommend for any bigger groups looking for a place in Denver

This is one super cool place! It is well stocked - the kitchen has everything you could want/ need. The bedrooms were spacious with nice linens. The outside roof top space was lovely! The hot tub was a bonus! It was nice to park in a garage. The neighborhood / LoHi area was amazing to explore. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful House close to all downtown Denver has to offer.

This house was beautiful and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time in Denver. It was steps away from restaurants, coffee shops and a liquor store : )The house was very clean and well equipped. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and there were plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy.

Wow what a home!! This place is gorgeous! The house was spotless. The kitchen has top notch appliances and fully stocked cupboards. The bedrooms were spacious and the sheets were SO soft! Communication with the host was easy and he was so responsive. Check in/out was simple. The surrounding neighborhood was walkable and so fun with a lot of restaurants nearby. Will 100% stay in this home again and happy to recommend it again and again.

What a spectacular rental!! The house was just as described. It was very clean. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were spa like. The main floor was large enough to accommodate our large group and it was easy to host Thanksgiving dinner there (so that says something). The elevator and hot tub were extra bonuses. The location was fantastic. It was close to just about everything. David met us when we first arrived and explained the workings of the house. He was very accessible during our entire stay. Definitely a 10/10. Would highly recommend and will stay there if available on our next trip to Denver.

This is a total gem. Came for a concert at Red Rocks with friends. Neighborhood is fantastic with top notch restaurants and services all within very close walking distance. Property is immaculate, modern, and makes one feel spoiled. Total gem.

Beautiful Property

We stayed her for a long guys weekend to play golf and go to the Broncos game. The property was perfect for our group with 4 bedrooms immaculately clean with top of the line appliances. The neighborhood was very nice with many restaurant options. The owner was easy to communicate with and provide great recommendations!

House was beautiful and great layout for everyone to have their own space. Felt really safe there even walking in the evening. Walkability to dining was wonderful. Recommend Bar Dough for dinner, Fox and Hen for breakfast, Tony P’s for pizza and a trip to Little Man Ice cream. Only issue we had was parking. There was never parking available on the street and if you have an extended length vehicle it will not fit in the garage. We had a neighbor let us know that we couldn’t park in the alley a couple of times with yells from his house. Of course if it kept it from being towed, which was a good thing. Would definitely stay again if in Denver.

Winter stay in Denver

I loved my stay with Dave in Denver. The place was so clean and bright. Beautiful kitchen with modern appliances. Amazing location with a view of the city. There was also a good amount of outdoor space for being right in the city! Dave was great with communication and recommendations for the city. Would love to come back!

Incredible stay! Best VRBO EVER!!!!

Myself and our other guests were blown away by this stay. Communication was perfect pre-stay - not too much not too little. It was so clean upon arrival - huge points for this as we've had bad experiences with cleanliness before. David offered to show us around the property which we didn't end up having time for but he was very accommodating. There were a lot of supplies onsite for cooking and cleaning, extra towels and sheets, and clear instructions for operating the home. Everything was in working order. This made for a memorable and easy weekend. Thank you David!

Stunning home in perfect location!

Stunning home in a perfect location! No details have been left out. This smart home has all the built in luxuries to make your stay feel like you are at a 5 star resort! The kitchen is extremely well equipped with plenty serving dishes, glasses of all kinds, and serving utensils. The appliances are exceptional. We had a family gathering at the home one evening and had absolutely everything we needed for entertaining. The multiple outdoor patio areas are fantastic and equipped with fireplaces. The beds and bedding are truly luxurious. It is within walking distance to shops and trendy LoHi restaurants and pubs. I cannot say enough great things about this home. It is a true gem on VRBO!

This part of Denver has been rediscovered as a neighborhood and is close to the city. There is great local history you are close to everything you need.

What makes this property unique

This is a single family home and not a townhouse or apartment. It does not share any walls with anyone else. Its also brand new and has all the creature comforts and well thought out design I could not find in an older building. The architecture, layout, light, and separate spaces make it perfect.
