Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at The Lakeside. The entire condo was clean upon arrival with a very smooth check-in process. Any questions we sent to the host were answered very quickly. The location is perfect to get to the base of Deer Valley. We used the on-demand app for a ride the first day and then discovered it was a 1 min walk to an open-air shuttle in the adjacent parking lot so we did that the remaining days. Hot tub and pool were both extremely nice after a long day on the mountain. Highly recommend staying here.
This condo is in excellent shape, well-equipped and a very short walk to the DV Snow Lodge parking lot shuttle.PC bus service is a two minute walk to the bus stop.Spacious and comfortable. Full of cool details like boot dryers and gear lockers.Host and management service very helpful and very accommodating.
Great place! So many little things add up to make the house awesome! The kitchen is amazing and definitely the highlight. Access to the pool and hot tub was close and easy. The host answered all our questions and accommodated some special requests. Just book this place. You won’t be disappointed.
Amazing location right outside the Deer Valley tram stop that takes you right to the main entrance. Place was amazing. Pics don’t do it justice. Beautiful baths and comfortable beds. Will def book again! Oh and the boot warmers and lockers were a great touch!
Very clean and well-appointed. Steps from the Deer Valley parking lot shuttle, so it’s easy access…especially if you leave your skis with DV ski valet. No need for lockers. You can almost call it ski in/out. Great time!
Great vacation house for families. Plenty of room to spread out with everything you need. Location can’t be beat - right on the path to deer valley parking lot. Either a quick walk to snow park lodge or a shuttle ride. House is beautifully updated and thought out perfectly to accommodate large groups or families with plenty of space for all your winter equipment.
Great location, best appointed VRBO we've ever had!
This is a beautiful property that easily accommodated our family of five. Renovations are really lovely, the kitchen in particular is fabulous. Every appliance and utensil you could possibly need is right there ready for you! We enjoyed hopping on to the free shuttle for the 5 minute ride into downtown, but it also has a 2-car garage and it was easy to hop in the car for our farther excursions. 5/5! Highly recommend!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning townhouse in Deer Valley, and I can confidently say it was one of the best vacation rental experiences I’ve had!Location, Location, Location! Situated right at the base of the mountain, this townhouse offers unparalleled access to both skiing and hiking trails. We loved being able to step outside and jump right onto the slopes in the winter. The convenience of the location truly made our stay so much more enjoyable!Spacious and Comfortable Accommodations The townhouse itself is beautifully designed and well-appointed. With three spacious bedrooms, there was more than enough room for our group of 8 (four kids, four adults), and everyone felt comfortable and relaxed. The master suite was a particular highlight, featuring a cozy king bed and an en-suite bathroom that felt like a spa retreat. The other two bedrooms were equally inviting, perfect for both couples and families.Well-Equipped Kitchen and Living Space The open-concept living area was a fantastic gathering space, complete with a fireplace that added to the cozy ambiance after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we loved enjoying our breakfasts and dinners at the large dining area.
We were very pleased with this property. The Kitchen had absolutely everything you could want. The pictures of the bedrooms are accurate. The living area is a bit small and could benefit from additional seating. There really is only comfortable seating for 4. However the entire living, kitchen and dining are one great room so others can sit at the bar or at the large table. We were only 4, so it was perfect.
One thing to point out: downstairs, if would run the space heaters and the bedroom “wall fireplaces” and plug in a blow dryer, you will flip the breaker. The breaker panel was hard to find. It’s behind a painting in the hall outside the downstairs queen bedroom. (FYI)
The access to the mountain is really good. Because we usually stay at ski in / ski out properties, I was concerned about the trouble it would be getting to the lifts. I shouldn’t have worried. You literally walk down the sidewalk about 50 feet and you are at the main pickup/drop off for the Snow Park Lodge parking lot. Multiple trams circle the lot and drop you off right at the base of Snow Park. We never waited more than 3 minutes coming or going!
My family all agree. We were very pleased and would stay here again in a flash.
