Wonderful Time

We had a marvelous Christmas vacation at Sanibel island. This house is located close to stores and restaurants, and is very clean. I would recommend it to all!

Upgrades

More comfortable chairs in lanai including a lawn chair . Another chair in living room . More basic kitchen tools ie potato peeler wine opener etc . We enjoyed our stay .Thank you. John.

This is our home away from home that we completely remodeled in 2021 after purchasing. All new light fixtures, paint on walls, ceiling, doors, etc. new flooring on second floor and stairs. Every dish, pan, and kitchen item is brand new. The mattresses, linens, etc are new. Every room was decorated to make you feel like you are at the beach or in a tropical location. We love it here because it is close to many fun things to do and many great beaches. We created a book of things for you to do as well so feel free to flip through.

Why they chose this property

You should choose this property because if you need to work while you are away there is a nice office space that serves well for kids to play too! We have provided a printer but paper and ink will be your responsibility. There are some games and books about Florida. Everything you can possibly need including shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, coffee pods, to at least get you started. All the comforts of home and beach towels too. Plus an amazing rec center is located in the HOA that has a huge pool and hot tub plus a fitness center, a play area for little ones, a volley ball court and so much more.

The security of an HOA and owners that are willing to work with special requests to make your stay even more special. We love it here and want you too as well. If you have special requests such as birthday, anniversary, etc. Please let us know so we can try to make it special for you.
