Nestled near top golf courses, scenic nature preserves, and only an hour from historic St. Augustine, this home is the perfect getaway. Relax in the serene backyard featuring a heated pool, a cozy firepit and bamboo—ideal for family fun and relaxation. A true home-away-from-home for everyone to enjoy!

*** LIVING ROOM ***
The living room offers a cozy space to relax, whether you’re curling up on the comfortable sectional or one of the swivel armchairs. You can watch your favorite shows on the 65" Samsung smart TV with Apple TV, or dive into a book from our bookshelf to learn more about Florida and the local area.

If you're hosting more than 6 guests, the sectional easily converts into a queen-sized bed, complete with the same hotel-grade bedding and pillows found in the bedrooms.

*** KITCHEN ***
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a spacious central island with stools, a gas stove, a large pantry, and a farmhouse sink. Whether you're cooking up a gourmet meal with ceramic cookware, using the Instant Pot, or baking with glass dishes, you'll have all the tools to create your favorite dishes. If you're in the mood for something quick, whip up a smoothie with the Vitamix before heading out to the beach! Family meals can be enjoyed around the extendable solid wood table, which comfortably seats 6-8 people.

For your morning caffeine fix, there's a cozy coffee corner with a side bar right next to the kitchen.

The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with a plush mattress topper, hotel-grade bedding and pillows, large windows that let in plenty of natural light, a 43-inch Samsung smart TV, a private en-suite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet with a safe.
The luxurious en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with both handheld and rainfall shower head options, a separate toilet room, dual sinks with storage, premium bath products, and soft, plush towels.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all white towels (NOT POOL TOWELS) into the laundry room and start a wash cycle according to the displayed instructions.
Please empty the trash cans into the outdoor bins upon leaving. If leaving on Tue or Fri, please place black bin next to the road.
Please make sure you sign out of Netflix, Apple TV and any other services you might have used during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All new bookings will be subject to an interview. If the hosts feel that the booking doesn't align with our policies it will be canceled.
No smoking or vaping or illegal substances of any kind allowed on premises. Smoking inside or close to windows and doors will result in a $750 fine.

We had a great time staying here! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard with the pool and fire pit, where we spent a lot of time just hanging out. The house was very clean and felt like home.
