On the 1st floor (no lift), this 20m² studio has everything you need for a comfy stay. Perfect for two, with a kitchen stocked with the basics, fresh towels, bed linens, and 24/7 guest support if you need help.

The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Just a heads up: We want to address some of our reviews, and there was some confusion with our cleaning team which was a failure on our part, however they have been retrained and the confusion cleared up. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Malakoff, a charming suburb of Paris, offers a delightful blend of history and modernity. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Multiple bus stops (126, 194, 388, 475..) are minutes from the property.

The nearest metro station, Mairie de Montrouge (line 4), is just a 13-minute walk.

The metro station Malakoff—Rue Étienne Dolet (line 13) is 15 minutes away. This line takes you directly to Les Champs Elysées.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
