6-person apartment with sailboat view.
Located in the heart of the port of Gruissan, lively and central district. You will find all the local shops, mini-market, pharmacy, newsagent open throughout the year. But also during the holidays, ice cream parlours, restaurants, cafes.
The residence offers 1 large swimming pool and a paddling pool open from June 1st to September 30th, enjoy the sun on the large beaches or in the shade of the palm trees.
On foot in 10 minutes, you will find the old village with its tower and its market or the beach of Grazel and its islet.
You can enjoy the view of the port for a total change of scenery.
To make your stay rhyme with a holiday, cleaning is included in the price.
4-room duplex apartment- 2nd floor - 53 m² approximately - 6 people
The accommodation: on the second floor is the entrance to the apartment with a bedroom equipped with two bunk beds, then we go down to the living room with dining area and kitchen area very well equipped, a bedroom with storage and double bed, bathroom and separate toilet, and another bedroom with double bed. A loggia with a view of the port .
