Enjoy a home away from home seasonally available with hotel-quality linens, bedding and professionally designed. 2 bedrooms, one with King bed, one with pull-out sofa. Outdoor sitting areas - both covered. Large dining room table - ready for holiday meals (seats 6 comfortably), leather Pottery Barn sofa and chair. Kitchen island with seating. Newer stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, pottery barn light fixtures, new large screen TV with Restoration Hardware media center, ultimate high speed internet, and screened in lanai entertainment area. Well-appointed and well furnished. Beach equipment included. The community has 2 large pools, billiards room, work-out facility, dog park (very dog friendly) and lakes. Dunkin doughnuts on the corner, Applebees and Chili's within a few miles, Palmer Ranch Publix just 5 minutes away, etc.

Why they chose this property
This is our 2nd Sarasota rental - it’s close to the beach but not walkable. No loud passer-by noise. Close to bike paths, shopping, night life, etc. Uber will take you 5 miles to all the action of new hip Sarasota or Siesta Key
