Come enjoy beautiful Northwest Arkansas in this hilltop, tree-covered home. It's an easy walk or bike ride (0.25 mile) to the Back 40 Trails or Razorback Greenway, and 10 minutes from Crystal Bridges and Downtown Bentonville. It feels like a peaceful escape from the world while still being close to everything. The perfect spot to skip down the hill to hike along the bluffs, take a dip in the spring-fed creek, and walk back home for a meal around the fire! There’s a separate apartment downstairs (not pictured) that is leased. Entrances and backyards are separate, but you may see tenants outside from time to time.

Great property

Rented this house for my family over thanksgiving. It had plenty of space for all of us, 5 adults, 2 kids and an infant. Communication was prompt, space is well designer and stocked. Served our needs very well!
