Welcome to our amazing home in a gated celebrity compound that was built in 1951 for an Oscar winning movie cast and crew. The houses, including my bungalow home i rent out are in a perfect location to downtown palm springs and the casino 2 mins and located around a large fresh saltwater pool and heated spa. The one acre central park garden gives the entire property amazing views of the mountains and its very safe due to the completely gated grounds. Your bungalow home also has its own private patio terrace so you can sunbathe in complete privacy in your walled in patio garden.

Adorable and Convenient

This property is absolutely adorable. Like out of a themed movie. Super cute! We were able to you bring our dogs which made our lives so much easier. The location to downtown And all interesting points is fantastic. The unit comes complete with its own private garden and full kitchen. A dream! The only thing I would do is DEEP CLEAN the carpet and furniture. It has a very old, damp, musty smell. Almost overwhelming at times causing me to cough/gag. Otherwise it is perfect!

Unit is freshly cleaned by elite maids and you may wanna air the unit more with your Three big and Hairy dogs, pet owners sometimes dont realize anymore. Now its fresh ozonized and cleaned again, its wonderful ready for the next - hopefully more elgantly writing guest - thanks.
