Enjoy this newly renovated, beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 bath home near campus. Perfect for a game weekend getaway! Only 2.7 miles from Kyle Field and 2 miles to Legends event center in Bryan. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood with plenty of restaurants near by!

The Village House is located on a beautiful lot with large trees. 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Twin). The living room is a great spot to connect and make memories with plenty of seating, large smart TV (with access to tons of streaming options) and board games. Large backyard is a great place to play or sit and enjoy the fire pit. Kitchen has all the cooking gear you need to make a great meal, and a coffee pot & french press.

We loved our stay for a football weekend! Owner was gracious and kind. House is adorable and location was great! Great option if you want the ability to visit with family and not stay in a hotel!

Great place

Perfect for a family of 4 to spend a game weekend as the property had a great backyard for playing and in a convenient spot for campus access. Everything was great and I'd recommend it to anyone headed to B/CS for a weekend.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 (two adult children) for a game weekend. Comfy beds and pillows, clean house, good coffee, great location, safe neighborhood, and an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for visiting our Aggie.

Perfect house for our stay visiting our Aggie. We were very comfortable there. The host was available for any questions we had. We loved hanging out in the backyard by the fire pit. It was in a perfect location, central to everything. Would love to stay here again next time we’re in town.
