We had the best time at this beautiful home! Such an amazing view, beautiful property and perfect for a large family! We loved hanging out on the back patio and swimming in the pool while listening and seeing the waves crash on the rocks! The host was so easy to communicate with and the house was very easy to access! Would stay there a million times if I could!!! Highly recommend !

Beautiful house, lots of room for together time or private time. The pool is lovely, there's a nice walking path to some small beaches within 5-10 minutes from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet, and close to all of the stores and restaurants in Kona.

The house is absolutely beautiful! It worked perfectly for our Family Reunion of 11. The house had everything we needed. Clean and beautifully decorated! The kitchen is perfect for a big family dinner.

Perfect House on the water

Walking distance from downtown, long walk but doable. Plenty of dining options near by closer to town. This is my second time staying in this home and I can’t wait to come back

The El Niño waves were crashing against the shoreline, providing delightful background music our whole stay. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and deck were great! The living area plenty big for our whole crew. Kitchen was well stocked. There were spices and condiments, lots of towels and paper goods, plus closets full of pool/sand toys. Although they were working to replace an AC unit, they brought in portables and were very responsive to all questions. The golf cart was a big hit, easier to park downtown.

Paradise Found

Great Villa right on the water. We've stayed here with the previous owner. The new owner is making some great upgrades. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in paradise. Owner/property manager were very easy to deal with and super-accommodating.

Beautiful inside and out.

Easy communications. Beautiful house with plenty of room. Top of the line kitchen. Comfortable sitting and sleeping. Lovely pool and patio with seating for 20 and great grill. A quiet neighborhood. Great time had by all!

Our entire family of 9 adults and 1 child stayed at the house for a week. We had a great time. Lots of room to spread out for everyone. Really enjoyed the pool area and sitting and watching the ocean and waves. This was a fantastic family time together. Also, when we did contact Mark regarding some questions he did respond to us quickly. Thank you.

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This

The location of this property is amazing. An awesome place to relax and experience the sounds and view of the ocean. The property manager was easy to deal with and prompt with all requests.
