Place is amazing

Great place beds super comfortable quiet area felt safe the only thing is that there's construction going on in that neiborhood wich might bother some people. I stayed in town for business purposes I'm ok with that area less traffic and more quiet. Met the neighbors Tim and his wife they are great people felt comfortable there.

First stay

Actual place is immaculate, but area is terrible. If you’re used to Rocky Point you would not stay where these houses are being built. Very sketchy area, graffiti everywhere, right next to busy road, and very little room for truck/trailer. Hope you don’t bring anything more than a small car. Garage isn’t full enclosed.

Its certainly easy to judge a book by the cover so let me explain. This is in the new subdivision of San Besitos which is a planned community for 42 modern designed homes. This project is revitalizing and improving all the infrastructure in the immediate area like underground electric, streetlights, caliche paved roads and more. It is situated in a historic, middle-class neighborhood of Brisas del Golfo. Every month San Besitos improves, and we are currently digging out the large private pool area that you will have access to when you rent with us and will be ready for Spring of 2022. The pool area will have two outdoor kitchens with private bathrooms, and you are allowed to have private parties/bbqs in that area. I agreed with one thing the client said…that home was immaculate, yes that is true as they all will be, but keep in mind the outside will become just as immaculate as the inside with the current work underway….and our price is right.
