With a capacity of 14 people, this property is the perfect place for family or friends gatherings. Its lush garden and heated swimming pool (12 m x 6 m), secured by a roller shutter, invite you to relax and enjoy life. Lovers of conviviality will appreciate the pétanque court and the ping-pong table, perfect for sharing moments of complicity.



The house, imbued with Provençal charm, rises over two levels:



Ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace shaded by a trellis where a Virginia creeper runs, offering an ideal space for outdoor meals. The dining room, set in a magnificent vaulted stone room, combines authenticity and elegance.

First floor: A stone staircase leads to a spacious and bright living room, with its cathedral ceiling, stone floors, a typical Provençal fireplace, and direct access to the garden via an outdoor staircase. This level also includes two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and toilet.

Second floor: You will find here three air-conditioned bedrooms in two distinct sleeping areas, including a dormitory designed to accommodate six people. Two bathrooms and two toilets complete this floor.



The entire property offers a typical Provençal atmosphere, promising unforgettable stays in the heart of the Drôme Provençale.



Please note that a deposit of €1500 will be required, as well as a holiday home insurance certificate.

The pool maintenance will be carried out 3 times a week.
