About the host
Hosted by Seth Samowitz

My college roommate, Louis and I own the house together.
I love traveling the world. I currently split my time between Kingston and New York City, but prior to COVID I lived in San Francisco and traveled to more than 40 countries.
Why they chose this property
It's centrally located within Kingston and makes it easy to get around anywhere in the Hudson Valley.
The house has the charm of being colonial but has all the modern amenities of a brand-new home. We love the outdoor area which has both a grill and a fire pit.
What makes this property unique
We offer a hot tub, grill, fire pit, and a fenced-in backyard.
We provide our guests with an exceptional experience and top-of-the-line linens and towels.
