Casa De La Musica

Enjoy stunning sunsets and lake views with this 7 bedroom, 4 bath lake retreat. Complete with a hot tub on the balcony, this property is ready for entertaining large groups. Sleeps comfortably with high quality mattresses and large open areas for gathering. Pellet smoker and outdoor kitchen with built in fire pit and firewood on site. Ample room for boat parking at the dock and swimming in the lake. Water shoes are recommended for sensitive feet as the lake bottom is sand and large pebbles. House is across the street from the lake however you have access to the entire lakefront lot, patios, sitting areas overlooking the lake, and the dock (see photos). Owner occasionally stays on site in the lower level with separate entrance and separate parking area. Owner's quarters are locked off from the rest of the house.

Beautiful property with plenty of room to spread out. The family room with large couch and TV are on the second floor so that was an inconvenience for some in our group. The beds are very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the ambiance of the front porch patio with fire pit, tiki bar and koi pond with waterfall. Sean and Shauna are great hosts and always responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had.

60th Anniversary

This house was perfect for celebrating our parents 60th anniversary. Plenty of room for all 20 of us and a baby. Lots to do right there on the property and lake. The hosts were great.

Family Vacation

The property was very attractive and well maintained. We had good access to the lake, very well supplied home, hot tub, spacious bedrooms and plenty of seating for dining. Singing the praises of Casa de la Musica

Beautiful huge house with imaginative decorations across the street from the lake. Excellent place for a family reunion. Ground floor bedrooms for those who have problems with stairs. 3 tall steps into the house difficult for the elderly and path down to the lake steep and more tall steps. Great long table so all 13 could eat as a group. More soft seating in the main room would have been appreciated. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, spices, etc. Nice grill and fire pit for roasting marshmallows

Family Reunion

Our mother rented the house for her three sons and their wives who were from Ft. Wayne, Texas and Seattle. The home was very clean with comfortable beds and Mom loved sitting at the table and looking out at the lake since she wasn’t able to climb all of the steps down to the water. The only thing wrong was the front steps and stairs inside the house up to the great room were difficult for one of the wives getting ready for knee surgery soon and for our elderly mom. We enjoyed having you come up to visit, play and sing for us as I'm sure all of your other guests before us enjoyed as well. The highlights of the stay were the fire pit where we enjoyed sitting, visiting and watching the fire, pool table, hot tub, kayaks and places to walk.

College Friend's Reunion

An beautiful property in a perfect location! Sean and Shawna were absolutely wonderful to work with and go way above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They literally had everything you could ask for, right down to spices in the cupboard. The house is large wonderful settings inside and out. We had 15 adults and easily could have had five more and not felt crowded. Everything is close by (5 minutes to groceries, restaurants, banks, golf), yet it is still a very relaxing and secluded setting. From hanging at the sandbar, swimming off the dock, watching amazing sunsets from the lakeside patio, to moonlight evening pontoon rides. We all had an amazing time. If you have a large group and want to be on a lake, I can't imagine a better place.
