Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 4-bedroom/2.5-bathroom single family home just minutes from Disney! The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use.

Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own beautiful private swimming pool and spa with an amazing Lake View.

We provide free Wi-Fi Internet access and Cable TV in the living room. Pack and Play, High Chair and Stroller are available and free of charge. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $35 per day for the duration of your stay.

We provide a fully stocked kitchen: regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, tableware, pots & pans, and silverware for many! We also provide glasses, and utensils. Everything is brand new and high-end. We provide limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies such as dish washing detergent and a small amount of trash bags.

Once you’ve explored the home, head over to Sunset Walk for great shops and restaurants just 5 minutes from the house! Disney is located about 10 minutes and Universal only 25 minutes.

Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.

Please be aware that all reservations must be made by someone over the age of 21.Pets are not allowed.

Structurally adequate, Cosmetically needs TLC

This property was in a great location and had ample space for our group. This house is in need of some care. The carpets were badly stained throughout. The dining room mirror was damaged, wall hangings not level. One major problem was that the lighting didn't work on the exterior at the front entryway or exterior at the door leading to the pool. This is a safety concern. Other lights were also out inside. I made several requests throughout our stay for this to be addressed and there was no follow through. Also disappointing was the control unit for the hot tub seemed to have a mind of it's own. We weren't able to turn the jets on when we wanted to use the spa. They randomly came on some mornings and only 1 evening.

Great Location & Pool

We really enjoyed our stay. The only drawbacks were there was not hot water in the kitchen sink and there was an issue with the pool that a technician came out about 24 hours later and they turned off the heater so the pool was very cold and the hot tub wasn't hot. So there were 3 days that we did not get to use the heated pool we had paid for. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

Exceptional!

This was a wonderful place! We stayed 25 nights and hated to leave. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The pool and spa were great and heated well. The lake behind the pool is beautiful. We loved sitting on the patio watching the birds. We had minor problems but the manager was very responsive and took care of everything. The only con was the fact they raised the price significantly for next year and the VRBO fees along with taxes and service fees made it too expensive for us. I would definitely rent it again if the price was more reasonable.

Great location

Close to a lot of eating places. House had everything we needed. Had a little problem with hot tub but Manger helped and got problem taken care of. Would stay again.
