Villa Céladon - Charming family villa in Valbonne - Swimming pool

Villa Céladon can accommodate up to 6 people, ideally 4 adults and 2 children.

It features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- a master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) on the ground floor, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet
- a double bedroom (140-cm bed), with a window fitted with a screen.
- a bedroom with a sofa bed that converts to a double bed (160 x 200 cm), with a window equipped with a screen.
The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub, double sinks, and a toilet.

On the ground floor, the open-concept layout creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a sense of spaciousness, with direct access to the garden and pool so you can fully enjoy the outdoors.

A large, fully equipped Provençal kitchen opens onto the living room and dining room. It features a Rozières range, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Smeg toaster and kettle, a dishwasher, a wine cooler, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

You’ll also appreciate the laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

A Powerplate machine is available free of charge for your fitness routine. You can also take advantage of the wooded surroundings for a brisk walk or a jog in the great outdoors.

THE GARDEN

Covering an area of 1,200 m² and secluded from prying eyes, the garden at Villa Céladon is a true haven of peace where everyone will find something to enjoy.

There you’ll find:
- an 8-meter by 4-meter swimming pool equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas
- a pétanque court
- a pool house with a traditional wood-fired pizza oven and a table for dining in the shade
- a pergola housing a second dining area
- outdoor furniture with sofas for relaxing
- a Weber gas grill


Bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens are provided during your stay. Fragonard toiletries are also available for your use.

You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi to stay connected and private parking in the garden for several vehicles.
