Beautiful Villa Swimming pool near Shops Beaches Golf

This house has been designed to enjoy the outdoors and your holidays in all simplicity. Our large terrace of 120M2 overlooks the swimming pool and is surrounded by hundred-year-old oaks. In a small recent development of 4 houses and close to all shops (Bakery at 200 metres, Butcher Caterer, wine merchant, tobacconist at 300 metres, Only Supermarket in the city at 500 M, Golf at 1 km and beach at 2 km. You will be quiet and will not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city in summer (All the campsites and tourist residences are on the beach side).PGJyPg
Leave your vehicles at the entrance of the house in reserved spaces and spend your holidays on foot or by bike (5 bicycles are available on site on request). Cycle paths will take you to all the shops, the golf course or the beach (or to Hossegor for the bravest).

Inside, you will enjoy a large living room including the kitchen, the dining area on a large high table (10 people) and a lounge area (to take good naps).

You can cook, have lunch and dinner with friends in front of the pool morning, noon and evening.

For everyone to live at their own pace, the night area with these 4 bedrooms and the bathrooms are isolated in the 2nd part of the house. In this part, you will also have a laundry room including a washing machine and a dryer.

La maison et les équipements sont excellents ; l’accueil (avec un rosé au frais ) au top ; l’emplacement est idéal : très calme dans une impasse, proximité immédiate à pied des commerces du village (2 boulangeries, pharmacie, tabac, boucher/traiteur, caviste, café …) un parc avec terrain de pétanque et une borne double de rechargement pour véhicules électriques ; accès à l’océan très pratique en 9 minutes avec les vélos à disposition dans la villa.

Maison fonctionnelle, bien décorée, bien équipée et entretenue. La piscine et la terrasse sont agréables. Bon emplacement dans Moliets Bourg. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. Nous avons passé 3 belles semaines.
