THINGS TO KNOW
Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo

We loved the location in Orange Beach, and we loved the corner unit that had a wrap around balcony. The size of the condo was good. The kitchen could use an upgrade as far as cookware and grilling utensils. The furniture in the den looked dirty and worn.

Stay overview

Everything was great and everything we needed was provided. I did have some issues the lights in the master bedroom the light sockets didn't work and mild issues with the tv's working properly. But the views were awesome dron the balcony and the area was very quiet

wonderful .. but a few things missing

May i suggest a few items to be added to the condo. needs pot holders for cooking, a hairdryer, better TVs in all rooms, one was unable to connect to service, non-stick frying pans. Otherwise, a great stay and we loved the balcony, it was huge. Awesome views of the gulf.
