Beautiful villa in the middle of paradise - quiet and private yet not too remote

Location:
Villa Paraiso is located in Finca Tranquila, an equestrian themed gated community in the quiet village of Naranjito at the foot of the Talamanca Mountain Rage.
The villa offers a quiet and peaceful setting with a maximum of privacy without beeing too remote.
The world known Manuel Antonio National Park is just a 20 minutes drive away, even closer are the beaches, numerous restaurants and shops of Quepos and Manuel Antonio town.
The villa is located in a perfectly quiet environment surrounded by nothing but nature. It‘s the perfect place to relax and unwind while watching toucans and macaws (as well as lots of other birds and wildlife) visit on a daily basis.

The property:
Villa Paraiso Estate is hard to describe as there is probably no comparable property on the whole pacific coast of Costa Rica.

The comfortably furnished villa with about 1000 square meters of living space sits in a tropical garden of 4.5 acres (over 18`000 square meters) and offers enough space and retreat for every guest.

The villa has an open design with large windows for a beautiful view, without disturbing direct sunlight into the living area.

High speed (fiber optic) internet is availlable throughout the property.

The villa offers a total of 5 bedrooms of different sizes, each equipped with a large double bed (king size), airconditionning as well as ceiling fans, a direct access to the terrace (on the ground floor), or a separate small terrace on the upper floor. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The upper floor bedrooms have a walk in closet, the ground floor bedrooms have cupboards.
One of the bedrooms is located at the end of the house and is designed as a separate studio (wheelchair accessible), and has a separate entrance and a private terrace.

The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms, the spacious and modern equipped open kitchen, several sitting areas, a large solid wooden dining table for 10 people (indoors), as well as a large garage and a laundry room.
On the ground floor there is also a cozy TV lounge area with a large flat screen TV (via internet only) and a library with various books. Two large aquariums and an indoor water feature add charm to the living areas.
The large covered main terrace with an outdoor dining area and grill as well as the Jaccuzzi are also located on the main floor. There is an additional patio enclosed with mosquito screens.

The upper floor offers a second, smaller terrace and 2 bedrooms - one of which is the "Presidential Suite", as we like to call it.

The huge covered main terrace overlooks the lush vegetation and nearby mountains, offering a mesmerizing sunset view.

Meals can be taken either outside on the main terrace or inside the house.

The heated swimming pool is located on the lower level of the property for more privacy.
In the rancho (pool house) there is also a dry bar with a gas grill, a small refrigerator and a sink where you can prepare simple meals that can be enjoyed at the bar or at the natural wooden dining table. At the second pool bar (wet) you can also enjoy the aperitif directly in the water.
There is also a bathroom with toilet and hot water shower (in addition to an unheated outdoor shower) for your convenience.

Included in the rental price is our full-time maid and house manager, who lives in a separate cottage on the property. She is available to our guests 5 days a week and can assume works such as cleaning, cooking and shopping if requested. In addition, she will be happy to assist you with everything around the house.
Also included is our gardener, who will take care of our garden and surroundings as well as the pool on a daily basis.

The horses on the ranch are available for our guests with riding experience to explore the surrounding area during a horseback ride (by arrangement with the farm manager). For beginners there are some suitable horses as well and you can arrange an accompanied horse back ride with the farm manager at an additional cost (depending on his availlability).

There are also various outdoor activities in the vicinity such as zipline, hiking trails, river rafting, ATV/Quads rentals etc.

IMPORTANT:
Please be aware that the rental fee DOES NOT INCLUDE costs for excess power consumption - as is the norm in Costa Rica.
Only the amount for normal usage (200 US dollars per week) is included in the rental fee.
Please understand that costs for electric power are very high in Costa Rica. Our solar system can only produce a certain amount of power (and only during sunny hours). The guests are responsible for a considerate use of airconditionning and other electric appliances.
The costs for excess use of electric power will be offset against the dammage deposit. The dammage deposit will therefore be returned only after the electric bill is availlable (most of the time within 2 weeks up to a month after your stay).
