A bright and peaceful 2 bed, 1 bath remodeled historic bungalow with a picket fence backyard and garden in the heart of the Edenton Historic District. Only a few blocks from charming downtown Edenton, the waterfront and local Farmers Market. Walking distance to water activities, local shops, restaurants and bars, the adorable Edenton coffee shop or local produce to make meals in the bungalow’s full kitchen. Perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, girls’ weekends and special occasions.
The space
Guests are welcome to use the entire home and all of its amenities, including a full kitchen with appliances, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, full tub bath, iron/ironing board, 2 closets and a picket fence backyard and garden. The 660 sq ft home consists of 2 full beds and 1 sofa sleeper to comfortably sleep 5 people. WiFi is provided for guests and a Roku tv where you can log into your streaming application or switch to cable.

There is a full driveway available to guests that can fit up to 3 cars. Street parking is also available. Guests can drive around town, but it is not necessary as the home is 3 blocks and walking distance to downtown Broad street where all the local shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, historic monuments and the waterfront are located.

This was our second time staying at this property. We came back because we love the location, it’s a very nice Bungalow and has everything we needed. Very clean, nicely furnished and very relaxing. Very close to a grocery store and several restaurants. The host is very friendly and quick to answer any question's you might have. I highly recommend this property if you want to relax and enjoy the slow pace of a sweet waterfront town.

The house was very cute. The inside was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. Its within walking distance of town. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a nice lawn set in the backyard and a set of rocking chairs on the front porch. The current outdoor furniture is falling apart.

Great place, everything we needed was there, great location. Our host was awesome. All the information we needed was timely and perfect. Nice bungalow, great location. Came for a week of quiet and relaxation and that is exactly what we got. We’ll definitely be back.

nothing great to say. Full size beds that were very small and not enough room for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Bathroom door. knob wouldn't turn right a times and got stuck in bathroom for awhile trying to open door.Front porch looked terrible, dirty , peeling, need some nice chairs on porch to sit and relax. Back yard a mess and nothing decent to sit on there either. Kitchen table cheap. TV. is too small . \I have stayed at many VRBO rentals and this was the weakest.
