Très bonne adresse ! Appartement très bien situé , correct et propre ! Les moins : téléviseur trop petit , soleil jusqu'à midi , pas de couette, et dommage d'avoir été dérangé par des travaux dans la résidence le matin dès 7h30 pendant nôtre séjour ! A part ça, accueil et contact avec le personnel de l'agence Interhome Cavalaire 20/20. Nous y reviendrons sans problème

Wenn man gerne jede Nacht das Stahlgerüst des Bettsofas in den Knochen spürt. Wenn man es liebt, auf einem veralteten Herd mit meist defekten Pfannen zu kochen. Sich gerne mit einem Plastikvorhang in der Dusche duelliert. Wenn man guten französischen Rotwein am liebsten aus einem Wasserglas trinkt. Wenn einem permanenter Strassenlärm nicht stört. ... Dann ist das die perfekte Ferienwohnung!

Appartement bien équipé et très bien situé

Appartement très bien agencé et équipé, tous le nécessaire y est. Il est très bien situé, permettant de tout faire à pieds; plage, restaurants, marché, course alimentaire et shopping... La vue sur la mer et le port est superbe. Effectivement la rue est un peu bruyante du faite de sa localisation mais on oubli vite lorsqu'on vois tous les points positifs de cette appartement.

Voila plusieurs fois que je loue cet appartement situe dans la residence Medicis et je suis toujours satisfait de mon sejour . D autant que cet appartement offre une terrasse avec vue panoramique a 180 degres sur la baie de Cavalaire . terrasse qui se revele en fait etre la piece a vivre . toutefois quelques petites ameliorations pourraient etre apportees pour parfaire cet appartement : la presence d un lave vaiselle serait la bienvenue un televiseur avec un ecran plus grand et une douche

Quel plaisir de voir la mer de son balcon tous les matins et les bateaux qui rentrent et sortent du port. Tout prêt du centre ville , pas besoin de prendre sa voiture.

Appartement très bien situé en face de la mer et proche du centre. L appartement est bien agencé, il faudrait rafraîchir un petit peu ( lit qui est un peu bancale , les stores sont dure à ouvrir ) . Malgré cela très bon rapport qualité prix.
