That is located in the perfect spot for Sky- Diving, Fishing, Boating, Kayaking, Golfing, and Relaxing on the beach. Close to lots of great Restaurants and Bars right on the Indian River Lagoon. Just a walk away to a beautiful Lake Front park with playground. Just a Bike ride away from the Indian River Lagoon and Capt Hirams and Earls Hideaway. Just 3-5 minutes from the River & 15 mins from the Beach!

Very nice house

Good sized house. Was perfect for a quick getaway with our friends. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Master bedroom was huge with beautiful bed.

A peaceful, well-appointed home

My partner and I loved staying at this clean and spacious home. We especially enjoyed the large jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful, home-like place ... the house has a welcoming presence and is super comfortable, a great combination of fancy and friendly. The host was excellent, and we love the neighborhood and the whole area of Sebastian. The notebook with suggestions was really helpful and practical. Thank you so very much!

Spacious comfortable home in Sebastian FL

We spent 3 weeks with friends here. Loved the spacious rooms, cleanliness, fluffy towels. Disappointed there was no dishwasher, but not a game changer since we took turns washing. Liked the area with many parks and museums to explore, restaurants, and lovely beaches

House was great for grandparents and family with 2 kids. About 20 minutes from ocean beaches and sebastian Inlet State Park. Grocery, nice seafood market and restaurants within 5 minutes. Minimal cooking supplies, so if you plan on cooking, bring all consumable items. Host was very responsive.

The property was clean and bright Inside. Spacious with lots of kitchen workspace Loved the luxurious plush towels!. For couch sleepers one of the most confortable ever. Host was quick to respond to questions Location just a minute from the main road in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We stayed for six weeks. Most of the time there was just the two of us but we did have family visit so the extra room was greatly appreciated.The home has some good pluses- comfortable beds, good shower, large kitchen with big eating table, smart Tv’s, good refrigerator, ample trash bags provided, charcoal grill, car port and good heat/ ac. There were many things that if done could make this place exceptional by going through and doing maintenance: replace missing handles on drawers, make sure drawers open, secure closet rod, provide ample hangers ( there is now because we purchased them) replace dead plants by front door or eliminate, replace throw rugs and kitchen mats, update extra blankets and make sure linens fit the bed ( too big for queen bed), with no dishwasher - dish cloths and towels are a must as well as a sink plug - all we purchased, there was no yard work done the whole time we were there and many tree palms had fallen down, you encourage recycling yet no inside bin is provided ( there is one now, we purchased it), it would be nice for some kind of dresser, maybe in the closet for the third bedroom, hand towels and a bath mat would be nice, fix back of couch that sticks out and causes people to catch their clothes on if the rub against it and lastly provide cleaning tools that do not appear like it was used in a garage ( you have one now as we purchased a swiffer). Also it is very dark, maybe remove window film.

The layout of the house is weird. The 3rd BR is so narrow that the bed is sideways to the wall. If 2 people were to sleep in that room, 1 would have to be shoved against the wall. There is no headboard, so your pillows just fall off the top. I think it was an extension, the AC was not good in that room. It was much warmer than the rest of the house. Other than that the place was nice. They advertise a dishwasher, but there is none

Loved Sebastian

Sebastian is a hidden gem. It has great restaurants, museums, parks, golf and great beaches just 20 minutes away. The house is in a safe and clean neighborhood with a park to walk around. I would definitely recommend it.

Short weekend at Ashely's for a wedding

Ashely was easy to work with. She answered quickly to all my questions. I contacted her about getting in before our check-in time to put some pies in the fridge for the bride. She did allow us in as soon as the place was cleaned about 3:15. After seeing the house on vrbo, I thought it looked like it may be in a less desireable neighborhood but I was wrong. It is an older home which has been updated very nice. Also the location was great! I would recommend her home.
