Beautiful, modern apartment in a quiet, central location with mountain views

Beautiful, cozy house in Milders, quiet yet centrally located only 50 meters from the Sparmarkt and the bus stop. Restaurants, sports shops and ski rentals are located in the immediate vicinity.

TOP 1 is 50 m² in size and ideally suited for 2 to 3 people. This apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The kitchen--living room has a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area, a couch and LED satellite TV. The corner sofa offers plenty of seating space and can be converted into a sofa bed with slatted frame and mattress for max. 2 people (also suitable for permanent sleepers), The kitchen is richly equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. Also all appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, etc. are available. The bathroom has a barrier-free shower, a sink and a toilet. It also includes a furnished south balcony with a magnificent view of the mountains.
The guest parking is located directly at the house, Ski cellar is possible with boot drying system, Wi-Fi (free of charge). Prices include bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Final cleaning € 75.
You are also welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room (basement) for a fee of € 2 per wash load.

In summer, the prices include the STUBAI SUPER CARD.

Alles war perfekt!

Klaudia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, ihr Haus hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von einem Lebensmittelgeschäft und der kostenlosen Skibushaltestelle entfernt. die Fahrt zum Stubaier Gletscher dauert 20-25 min. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit Bergblick

Danke für den erholsamen Urlaub an die Familie Stern. Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung waren top und wirklich weiter zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Zum Einkaufen, zum Bus und zum Restaurant nur 5 Gehminuten. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne und grosse Ferienwohnung, vollständig eingerichtet, grosser Balkon, sehr sauber, mit grossem Skikeller. Die Lage ist zentral in Milders, alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Familie Stern ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen und komme bei einem weiteren Besuch im Stubaital genre wieder dort unter.
