Former IT executive whose exit plan worked... Traveled a lot for business so I know what is expected for accommodations. A home experience is to much more relaxing and personal for guests over a hotel...

Fortunate to have a large loving family. Lucky to have a real estate developer friend that speaks Mandarin, and who has been an awesome mentor for the hospitality industry. You can find me on other popular social media websites, under Hollywood Mgt Svcs LLC (HollywoodLLC). or as Trish Sutter PMP.

Currently pursuing my passion for painting visual art. I love live music, art and antiques.

Why they chose this property

You can feel the love here. I fell in love with my late husband up here not once, or twice, but three times. The peacefulness and nature all around was and continues to be enthralling. The second time was a very romantic snowmobiling trip on New Year's Eve 1990 and afterwards we had champagne toasts to bring in the new year. The third time was bringing our boys up with us to enjoy this raw beauty. The love that went into making sure they had a good time.

What makes this property unique

No big crowds here. This area is really off the grid and sparsely populated and hundreds of thousands of acres of state land (remember to leave no trace). Great for all kinds of outdoor activities: Fishing, hunting, hiking, boating, snow-shoeing, X-country skiing, off-road motor sports, snowmobiling and wildlife viewing. Millersburg is known for snowmobiling! Lake Louise is a private no wake lake. There are a pair of loons that are there all summer and a rogue elk herd in the area. Locals have seen them and I've heard them bellowing early early in the morning. Bald eagle nests can be found near Big Cut (Millersburg Park) and lots of white tail deer.
