It was perfect. I loved the location and the river that ran along the back deck was lovely. Listening to the water, relaxing while drinking some wine in the evening was fabulous. I will definitely come back!

The creekside patio was relaxing and saved the trip for sure! While the codo was clean, the smell of cigarette smoke was super unpleasant. The inside space is dated definitely does not have furniture for 4 adults comfortably .

Ketchum is a great area! Great scenery, hiking, restaurants, & friendliness! Our little condo was cozy and comfortable. Some cleanliness /maintenance issues: dirty cup in cupboard, patio furniture dirty, flickering kitchen light, bikes were not ridable. Otherwise had a lovely stay with brother & sister in n law. Riverfront deck was excellent!!

Lovely property; Vacasa sucks

Property had all that was required for a home away from home. Simple lovely. Vacasa didn't supply the unit number, so we spent the better part of an hour waiting to speak with a human (in the cold Idaho winter) before we could check in. And we were subsequently inundated with follow-up upsell emails/texts. Will never rent a Vacasa property again.

A Gem in Sun Valley

We loved our stay at this townhouse in Ketchum, the heart of Sun Valley! We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops from this townhome. The place is exactly as described and came with many little "extras", like washing detergent and dryer sheets for the washer & dryer. Lots of coffee choices and filters were in the cupboard. There is no air conditioning, but lots of fans were provided and the air gets cool enough at night that we were very comfortable. But the biggest plus of this place is the deck that is located right on Trail Creek! This place was our haven from the chaos and heat of Sun Valley in the height of summer! We relaxed most afternoons and evenings in the comfortable deck furniture provided. The birds, rabbits and chipmunks provided all the entertainment we needed! We would definitely stay at this town home again!

Ketchum townhome

The townhome was very nice and spotless. Very well stocked kitchen. The very large seating furniture was comfortable but maybe too big for the room, and the dining area could not have supported two couples for dinner as there were only three chairs for the table. The front bottom wheel on the back sliding door onto the deck was off the rail which made it difficult to shut and lock. I wish there had been locks for the bikes as we did not feel safe about taking them out and being able to go out to coffee, etc. without locking the bikes up. I would have liked to have given it five stars except for these few details. We would definitely stay at this property again.

dont really have alot to say about the property. i checked in at 11pm. and checked out the following morning. did not get time to enjoy the property or the multulipul days i payed to stay due to family emergency. im sure whom ever choose this property for future stays in the future will love it. please leave a review at end of your stay or u will be bombarded with emails untill u do. in the future honestly wont rent a vassca property again. i enjoy going on vacation in peace. im a very peaceful quiet, and clean renter. I respect the propertys i rent as if they were my own. but the constent harrasment and email bombardment about feedbacks after a stay is just not something i have time for.
