Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort Sellin!   The 2-bedroom apartment is accessed via a spacious entrance hall. The continuous underfloor heating guarantees a pleasant living feeling on cold days. The apartments are equipped with complete kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.). The dining area is in the living room. To a large mirror with wardrobe we have thought in our hinted hall for you. The living rooms each have a comfortable sitting area with armchair, a TV area (satellite TV) and a small room library with sideboard + corner showcase. From here you also have access to the balcony terrace, which of course holds seating furniture with cushions and a parasol. The bedroom has a double bed, cupboards and bedside tables and a small additional wardrobe. The high-quality mattresses, paired with the quiet location of the house guarantee you a good night's sleep. The laundry package includes, per person two towels, a shower towel and a tea towel and a shower template (basic equipment). A shower / WC expect something more spacious with a towel dryer and a hair dryer. Lockable bicycle storage facilities are available. In addition, you are welcome to use our laundry drying area. Smoking is not allowed in the living area.

The villa is located in the center of Ostseebad Sellin near the water park with sauna, solarium, mini golf, ice rink in winter, bike rental, shops and post office. The villa was designed in the style of the spa architecture. It is only 400 m to the sandy beach. Also to the bus stop and to the train station of the Rasender Roland it is not far. Several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance and the famous pier and the historic Wilhelmstraße are about 100 - 200 meters away. The Baltic Sea itself has several beaches and is surrounded by beech forests, hills, old fishing villages and is located in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East Rügen. Our apartments are right next to each other, are about 48 square meters and fully equipped to 4-star level. Lockable bicycle storage facilities are available. In addition, you are welcome to use our laundry drying area.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
