We call this the Golden unit. This upstairs 850 sf unit is in the heart of Prescott, just minutes from the Courthouse Plaza and features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus one bathroom. Lots of fluffy towels and bathrobes await you. The front balcony offers seating for two to enjoy morning coffee or 5:00 o’clock cocktails. A common dog area fully stocked with supplies is nearby. A coin-op laundry room with complimentary wash and laundry supplies is on site. Assigned parking with security cameras in the parking lot. Conveniently located to downtown, the rodeo grounds, and within walking distance to Granite Park with 5 acres of fun. Shopping and restaurants are close as is Fry’s grocery store, Dignity Health hospital, and WalMart. Amenities include two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything you will need, including French Press coffee, K-cup, and Mr. Coffee machine. Come relax with us!

Property manager, rude,not cooperative,deciving

They make me believe that I have a 1st Fl. 2 baths, cleaning service at least one a week( not cleaning service the all month I stayed);

We kindly asked if you could switch units which you kindly agreed to. We helped you move your luggage, making two to three trips upstairs to help you free of charge. A weekly cleaning service was never disclosed in the listing. We told you, you are more than welcome to pay for your own cleaning service during you stay but you refused and frankly, got extremely rude to us after all we've done. We also paid for your cleaning fee for moving units. This review was unnecessary and deceiving.
