Located in the heart of Roscoff, on the 2nd floor of a superb granite house dating from the sixteenth century,
Access your accommodation by the superb granite spiral staircase and discover this spacious studio completely renovated comprising:
a fitted and equipped kitchen (Oven and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, senseo and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils for cooking and tasting shellfish!) with central island for cooking and dining,
a lounge area with connected TV and wifi,
a sleeping area with double bed 140/200, bedside tables and wardrobe,
a bathroom with shower, sink and heated towel rail,
a separate toilet,
And above the sleeping area, a mezzanine (access by ladder) with double bed on the floor 140/200
Towels, tea towels and sheets provided, bed made on arrival!
Close to all shops and restaurants, Thalasso at 700m, 2 steps from the pier for the Ile de Batz.
You can do everything on foot!
In July and August free shuttles
