The attached dining area can comfortably accommodate up to 8 for delicious meals or exciting game nights!

On the first floor you'll also find a spacious living area, with comfortable leather sectional and large screen TV. There's also a Bedroom with Full size bed and a newly renovated full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower!

Upstairs to the second floor, you'll find 3 Bedrooms and 2 amazing Bathrooms. The Master offers a King bed, spacious walk-in closet, private deck overlooking the backyard, flat screen Smart TV and a breathtaking bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor offer Queen beds, spacious closets, flat screen Smart TVs and share a beautiful bathroom with tiled walk-in shower.

On the 3rd floor, you'll find an awesome Bunk Room with room for 6 in Twin over Full custom-built bunk beds. There’s also a separate game room on this level with big screen TV, Foosball Table, a 60-Game Arcade unit, and comfortable seating that’s perfect for hanging out.

Off of the dining room, you'll find the spacious back deck with a screened and covered sitting area that includes a comfortable couch and dining set. Another deck offers open air views of the large backyard, with a charcoal grill for cooking out! The backyard is filled with tropical palm and citrus trees. Pick a mandarin orange or a fresh lime for your cocktail right off the tree! A new log Fire Pit area is just perfect for roasting s’mores and sipping drinks. An outdoor shower provides a spot to rinse the sand off after a day in the sun.
