Tolle Wohnung nah am Müggelsee

Eine sehr schöne und großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, in der wir uns rundum wohlfühlten. Alles sehr modern und komfortabel, besonders die beiden Bäder. Viel Platz vor allem für unseren kleinen Enkel, für den wir allerdings das Kinderbett selbst mitgebracht haben. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter, die auch Tipps für die nähere Umgebung haben. Friedrichshagen und die Lage in der Nähe des Müggelsees gefielen uns ebenfalls.

Super Apartment, das keine Wünsche offen ließ

Wir (4 Personen) haben uns im Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Top Ausstattung, sehr sauber, super Lage zur Tram, zentral gelegen, Einkäufe können zu Fuß erledigt werden, trotzdem ruhig, auch innerhalb des Hauses. Super nette Vermieter, die auf unsere Anfragen immer sofort und kompetent reagiert haben. Mehr ist nicht hinzuzufügen.

Misunderstanding or Bait and Switch?

First, the good: very clean apartment, comfortable, many kitchen items like toaster, coffee maker, new, located in a quiet neighborhood with good Indian, Italian, and Greek restaurants within walking distance, and steps from the tram, which connects to rail to downtown Berlin. The bad: my traveling companions insisted on a two-bedroom, TWO-bath apartment. Those are hard to find, but find one we did, and that's why it's a fair distance (35 minutes or so) from Alexanderplatz. We communicated this to the owner and assumed all was okay. We made our deposits, reconfirmed (or thought we reconfirmed), and arrived in Berlin. The owner had said by e-mail that she'd meet us at the apartment if we gave her a one-hour notice. I called her from Tegel, and she had the audacity to ask us to pick up the key at another location. I refused, and she said, "okay." We arrived at the apartment, the owner was there, but, guess what? We walked into a ONE-bedroom apartment. My German is limited; her English was limited. She said something about the bathroom not working in the two-bathroom apartment. We accepted the one-bedroom apartment, and it actually worked out for us. But, we'll never know if there was a misunderstanding or if this was a bait-and-switch scam. Make absolutely certain your desires and needs, spell them out clearly (we did both), and then do it again (we did) and again (we didn't). I'd not rent again from this owner, for the reasons I've stated. Incidentally, the apartment was not air-conditioned, and there were no fans in the place. They would have helped. Very disappointed in the process, in the owner and in VRBO.

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Wünschen : groß, in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung in vollkommner Ordnung. Ortsmitte war leicht zu erreichen, es sei zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn. Die Lage am Müggelsee gehört auch zu den Vorteilen dieser Wohnung.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach in allen Punkten unseren Erwartungen und der Beschreibung: wirklich komplett eingerichtet, sehr großzügig geschnitten und ausgesprochen sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnumgebung ist wunderschön: Friedrichshagen, Müggelsee usw.. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich "um die Ecke" (nur 3 min.). Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern gestaltete sich sehr angenehm und zuverlässig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut fair und die Ferienwohnung absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Super Apartment in bester Lage

Familie Donke war sehr gastfreundlich zu uns und man hatte sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Als wir in das Apartment kamen, waren wir von der Größe begeistert und wir haben uns nicht eingeengt gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit war sehr zufriedenstellend. Es war alles sehr modern eingerichtet und an Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Die Badezimmer waren für uns 2 jungen Damen sehr zuvorkommend. Von dem Apartment aus war alles schnell zu erreichen. S-Bahn, Restaurantes, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Seebad waren gleich in der Nähe. Im Großem und Ganzen war es ein wundervoller und entspannter Urlaub und das Apartment ist auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank von Michelle und Ilona.

Ein super und geräumige Wohnung in einer ruhigen G

Mein Mann und ich waren in diesem 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Luxus-Appartement für eine Woche im April 2016. Die Küche ist schön und gut ausgestattet, alle Möbel schön und vielen nützlichen. Alles ist ausgezeichneter Qualität. Gastgeber Monika und Horbie waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich während unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und genossen die bequem jeden Tag außerhalb Parkplatz. Das Dorf Friedrichshagen ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Lebensmittelgeschäfte . Wir fanden alles an diesem Objekt und würde gerne wieder zurückkehren. Es war nur 40 Minuten in die Innenstadt Berlin. Danke! Anna & Don (Canada)

The flat is distinguished by its modern and comfortable style, by its proximity to the public transports (the tram is just few meters far, along Bölschestraße). There are also a lot of bars, restaurants, bistro and a shopping center too in the suggestive Rübezahl.

What makes this property unique

Berlin-Friedrichshagen is the best place where it is possible to rest and to relax as well, thanks to the nature which surrounds this nice apartment. After an excursion, or after museum's visit there is nothing better than to sit, so relax and to enjoy the tranquility's area.
