Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement durant le week-end de la Pentecôte, en groupe : trois couples avec sept enfants, dont un bébé qui rampe et deux enfants en bas âge.Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté de nombreux problèmes d’hygiène et de sécurité, que nous avons signalés au propriétaire dès le lendemain.Dans la grande maison : (odeur persistante d’humidité et de moisissure, moquette sale, prises électriques non conformes, dominos électriques apparents et posés à même le sol dangereux pour les enfants, c’est d’ailleurs le bébé qui rampe qui est tombé dessus, balai WC dans un état déplorable, barres de douche rouillées, rideau de douche moisi).Dans la petite maison : le logement était rendu inutilisable à cause d’une forte odeur de fosse septique. L’air y était irrespirable, provoquant des hauts-le-cœur chez les enfants. Lors de notre échange téléphonique, le propriétaire nous a lui-même indiqué qu’il était déjà au courant de ce problème, sa femme de ménage le lui ayant signalé auparavant. S’ajoutaient à cela un pommeau de douche et un porte-savon rouillés, ainsi qu’un balai WC très sale.Malgré tous ces problèmes, nous avons tenté de trouver un arrangement à l’amiable avec le propriétaire. Il nous a proposé une solution qui n’était absolument pas à la hauteur des désagréments rencontrés. De plus, il nous a indiqué que, si son annonce venait à être supprimée, il en publierait une autre sous un nom différent.Au vu de l’état général du logement di

Vacance famille
Tout les ans nous partons en famille 8 adulte et 5 enfants, le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible si Probleme . Le jardin est top et les petit sentier sont tres simpas a faire , nous avons passer 4 jours agréable dans cette maison. Je recommande.
