Ready for some fresh mountain air? There's plenty to be had out on the private balcony of this mountain townhouse, along with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. This delightful retreat is outfitted with everything guests need to relax together, including a fully equipped kitchen that features appliances and equipment for creating tasty post-mountain meals. If you're feeling a little chilly, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate after lighting up the wood-burning fireplace. Play your favorite music over the sound dock or pull out one of the provided board games for a fun challenge. Everyone can spread out in this spacious multi-level home! The downstairs den is all set up for guests to have fun before winding down for bed in the bunk beds. The top floor features a spacious bedroom with a private en suite bathroom sanctuary. No matter where you decide to sleep, guests can rest peacefully before heading out to adventures the next day.

Security camera details: Please note that active surveillance cameras are installed in the garage and via a Ring doorbell. Cameras are facing the street.

Ski shuttle details: The bus picks up on the corner of Baldy and View Lane.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
