In a sunny location in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, a single-family house was built in 2016 as an ecological new building in modern timber construction. In the basement of the house there is a modern apartment with its own access and parking space, which should make your vacation even more relaxing!

The nicely furnished and lovingly decorated apartment offers a cozy living room with oak parquet flooring and underfloor heating and a private west-facing terrace, so that you can optimally end the day outdoors in the evening sun.

The new modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove with ceramic hob, a large fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and tea maker. Kitchen towels as well as washing utensils, a selection of teas and sufficient spices are part of our self-image of a completely comfortable living.

The bathroom has slate-look tiles, a shower, sink and toilet. A heated towel rail ensures comfortably warm towels after showering. A children's stool and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom.

In two comfortable bedrooms (2x 2 people) you will find relaxation in ergonomic box spring double beds. Bedside tables and spacious closets offer enough storage space for your luggage. There is enough space for the little ones to set up a cot. There are two more sleeping options in the living room on the spacious sofa bed.

The apartment TREIBGUT is located in a new development area in the immediate vicinity of fields, forest and orchards and close to the center in the municipality of Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, which will soon become a meeting place for young people thanks to the Aach arcades that will soon be created with a new park and cultural center "Alte Fabrik" and wants to create old.
There are good transport links in the direction of Überlingen / Radolfzell / Singen / and Friedrichshafen through the 500m train station and a bus stop nearby. Thanks to the ferry connection from Meersburg to Constance or to the island of Mainau, these attractive tourist destinations can also be reached within 30 minutes.
