The modern and newly renovated apartment in a prime location and great sea views, just a few meters from the beach "Playa Grande", offers you every comfort. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The apartment has a bedroom and a modern bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with a reclining function. The kitchen is separated by a small counter and fully equipped with an oven, modern coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The apartment also has a washing machine, satellite TV and WiFi. On the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the view of the Atlantic and the sun all day long. An awning gives you pleasant shade.

Fabulous apartment with a wonderful view, in a quiet location but still very close to the beach ,bars and restaurants. Great communication with the host ,check in all very straightforward. What I loved was how well equipped this apartment was, extra touches like cool bag for beach, beach umbrella to name but a few. We are hopping to come back soon

Lovely apartment with gorgeous view. Quiet complex with pool, within easy reach of bars/restuarant and beach (5min walk). Supermarket on the corner of the gated complex. Apartment catered for all our needs and communications with the host were excellent.

Was a fantastic stay. Great comms from the beautiful Melanie, Easy check in. Our late check out accomodated too perfectly. Great view from balcony, all day sun and not overlooked. Has every thing you need. Comfy beds. 4 mins walk to centre of strip and beach. Clean communal pool. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended this lovely place. Thanks for letting us stay.

Excellent apartment, great location, sea view

Lovely apartment, lots of little personal touches, the washing machine was great, toiletries left for us, cool bag for the beach, linen & plenty of towels. WiFi was great & the complex was so safe & secure. 5 min walk to the strip but so quiet and peaceful at night in the apartment. The view of the sea was beautiful, we had the sun all day on the terrace. Communication with Melanie was excellent and she sorted a taxi to the airport for us when we were leaving. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Really clean apartment. Has everything you need including a washing machine. Cleaning materials there. Fantastic balcony and sea view.And good to be able to go in/out at the back without the steps. But going via the front is not far to walk to the PDC promenade. Supermarket right next door. What more do you want for a fab vacation. And Melanie a super host

Die Lage und die Unterkunft sind optimal. Nicht direkt im Trubel aber wenn man möchte in kurzer Zeit mitten drin. Die Anlage und die Unterkunft sind super gepflegt und Melanie die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Hat alles super geklappt vielen Dank noch mal.

Schöner Ausblick und grandiose Aussicht

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem kleinen und feinen Apartment mit einem Mega-Ausblick. Obwohl Melanie im Urlaub war, hat beim Check-in alles reibungslos geklappt. Sie hat auf Fragen auch sehr schnell reagiert. Die letzten Tage waren aufgrund von Calima und gleichzeitigen Temperaturen von 37° etwas anstrengend - da hätten wir uns im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gewünscht 😊 aber das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen im Mai wieder

We had a lovely relaxing 7days at this apartment. The view is fantastic and balcony has the sun from early morning til late afternoon. Apartment has everything you need. Looking forward to returning. Melanie kept us informed and was very prompt with information.

a lovely apartment with amazing views .the reason for 4 stars is we didn't manage to have a good night sleep . every one has there own preference but for us the mattresses were a little thin .all in all a lovely stay thankyou xxx

All's well that ends well

The property fitted the bill for a fit and slim couple! - anyone with mobility issues would not cope with the stairs leading to the apartment and some people could find it difficult to negotiate the tight squeeze between the bathroom door and the sink just inside it. Overall, it was well maintained with excellent amenities. The views to the sea were marvellous and the location was peaceful and relaxing. The pool was a good size,very clean and the grounds were well maintained. The pre-visit correspondence with Melanie was excellent as was the meet and greet. She was also to hand if we needed her, especially during the coronavirus lock down imposed by the Spanish Government. The property was very well located with supermarket,shops,bars,restaurants,beaches within a short walk. Despite the closeness of the apartments the area was relaxed and peaceful. However, we did stay in early to mid March and many of the properties were unoccupied, so we don't know how this would affect the tranquillity and uncrowded feel if it was during busier period. Overall we would highly recommend this property for some winter sun.

A really lovely apartment with a fantastic view from the balcony. Everything was just perfect. The bedroom had very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The shower room was excellent. The supermarket, beach and restaurants are all within walking distance. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and will definitely return when visiting Lanzarote in the future. S. Brand
