Lower apartment with 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom located right on Cazenovia park, steps from all the shops and restaurants on Seneca Street, Abbott rd and Downtown Buffalo NY. 10 minutes to the Highmark stadium, 5 minutes to the botanical gardens, roughly 20 minutes to Niagara Falls. Also within walking distance to Mercy Hospital and Trocaire college. The kitchen has all the essentials you would need including a Keurig coffee machine. We also provide the essentials in the bathroom along with bath towels, hair dryer, Iron & Board. Located central to most Buffalo attractions.

Great location

Enjoyed staying at this apartment. Relatively close to downtown, and other areas of interest. Apartment was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Alex was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend to friends to stay there if traveling.
