This house is truly unique in its kind! The house is situated in a very quiet area where partial permanent residence and partly holiday occupancy takes place. The house is within walking distance from the beach and the nature reserve "De Manteling", the nature reserve between Domburg and Oostkapelle.

The house is very spacious, and we see it at the entrance; a nice spacious entrance hall with toilet and stairs to the first floor.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with open fireplace, an open kitchen, which is equipped with all the comforts you could wish for such. B .: dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and Nespresso machine. A washer and dryer are located in the storage room.

A separate dining area with sliding doors to the terrace, where a spacious table and chairs are available for you, and where you can relax on a sunny summer dinner outside enjoy.

In the enclosed garden (1300 m2!) You will find a hot tub, a surcharge of € 150, - must be booked separately at.

On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom with box-spring beds, and the children's bedroom with a single bed and with an extra bed. Of course, the rooms are spacious enough to place a cot through which you can book.
