The location of this unit was perfect. We loved looking out on the ocean. We had family visiting so we rented two to units. This unit was perfect for family dinners. The place was clean and very spacious. The communication was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful family reunion.

To be so close to the pool, the beach, and to have my coffee on the lanai with that view was everything! The AC's both work great and the rooms are all private. My only suggestion is a rice cooker!

Overall this was a FANTASTIC place to stay! It was a clean unit in a perfect location and convenient to stores and restaurants. Steps away from the pool and beach! The protected salt water "pool" on the beach was amazing for our small grandchildren. The only "complaint" is there wasn't A/C in the living room area, but the bedrooms had A/C. However, upon opening up the sliding doors with screens air eventually moved through just fine. This is such a tiny thing really .... we will most definitely stay there again!

This property was the best condo in the complex. We were walking distance to the beach and the pool was right next to us as well. The gardeners keep the property Immaculate and the security staff were all so pleasant and always around. Everything you need inside the condo was perfect. We could walk to restaurants and go into the town to shop. The entire Island of Kaua’i definitely is my favorite.

This property was spectacular. The location was great. Central to travel the island. Unit was ground floor, 30 yards from the beack, walking out the patio onto a grass area well landscaped,the ocean right there. Wow! Dining within walking distance. What more could you ask for. It was a dream like bacation. Mahalo!

Location, location, location!! My boys (8 & 11) loved the location of this condo. They spent most of their time in the water or on the sand. In the evenings they played games on the well kept lawn with all the other neighbor kids. When they needed a break from the waves they hopped in the pool. All of it we could see from the lanai. Thank you!

Fun Family Trip

Great location and a great property. My family and I really enjoyed it. The access to the beach/ocean can't be beat Kapa'a is nice and centrally located for exploring any part of Kauai.

We found this property and it was perfect for what we needed. The pool and beach were so close and the lanai was amazing for cocktails and laughter. The sunrises were unbelievable too! We love Kapaa, so we couldn’t have gotten a better location.

2nd Visit - Great once again

Its the second time we've stayed in 311 and this time was as enjoyable as the last from a few years ago. We love the location of this home within the overall property - we've stayed at other homes as well. The home could use some uplifts to modernize it a bit but still most enjoyable as is. Thank you for the stay and we'd love to stay in 311 again!

This was a perfect place for our family. Love the location because the pool and beach was literally out our door.We could walk almost anywhere in this little town of Wailua/Kapaa. All in all it was just wonderful. We would definitely come back.

Stayed in August 2026, and would return in a heartbeat! If you’re feeling conflicted, just rent it! I am so glad we did. A lovely ground floor corner unit situated in a perfect spot with direct ocean views through 2 walls of windows. Stroll directly from the lanai to the beach, including a “lagoon” area semi-protected from waves if you have kids or want to be in slightly calmer water. There’s also a fenced pool next to the condo. In terms of location, it had to be the best condo of all, but the entire grounds had gorgeous tropical landscaping, and it felt very safe on the property. Furniture was comfortable and kept the island vibe. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, perfect for my husband and me, and our 2 adult children, so everyone had space to be together or take a break on their own. Only the bedrooms have AC, but we didn’t really miss it in the living area anyway. The kitchen was clean and well appointed with the usual necessities, though we didn’t do any cooking. There’s a wet bar, and a little entertainment area with some games and novels. A wheeled ice chest was in a cupboard there, and beach towels in the hall/laundry closet. Shops, restaurants, cafes, and a great market with practically everything are all a short walk nearby. We went to Lava Lava Beach Club far too often—only about a 3 minute walk—from the condo, take the lawn east, past the pool and BBQ area, and take a left onto the rustic, pretty path there. Hopefully we’ll get to return someday soon!

Kauai Lae Nani Condo

We were ground floor, ocean front. Everything was very nice. The condo was clean and functional. The three suites was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The grounds were amazing. It was nice to be so close to the beach and the pool. We did not encounter any problems whatsoever.

Amazing and perfect - location, location, location! This was our second stay at Lae Nani facility and it did not disappoint. The unit was perfect with three bedrooms having en suite bathrooms. Each had their own a/c units which allowed our growing adult family to retreat each as needed into their own spaces and sleep comfortably. The fourth room kitchenliving opens up to the amazing ocean and swimming pool just steps away. We watched the sunrise every morning, walked along coastal paths, saw beached seals and stepped to nearby shopping and grocery stores. We stayed several days just at Lae Nani plus traveled to Poipu for horseback, visited Lydgate Farm, and spent several days north to Hanalei for surfing, boogie boarding, sun bathing etc. Recommended. ALOHA!

Perfect for our family vacation

We were 7 of us out in Kauai for a camily vacation. Ages ranged from 5-61, so we had all levels of activity to account for. Our condo was as close to the beach as possible with amazing views of the ocean from the dining table and living room. The pool was steps aways and a wide range of eateries and restaurants walking distance away. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to do what we did. Get away safely and have a relaxing week.

A Little Slice of Paradise

This is a great location and a great condo right on the beach. We were so happy with the 180 degree Ocean views, the crashing waves, and the beautiful breeze. Everything about this place felt relaxing. We also loved that the location was in between Poipu and Hanalei making it great for day trips and adventures. The condo itself was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. I also want to add that it has a wash and dryer which I didn't initially see on the listing but was super happy about when we arrived. The complex has great amenities and is very well kept.
