The treehouse is a one bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchenette with a large bathroom/shower and toilet. Great views of Truman Lake. Fishing ramp is one mile, tree stands for deer or turkey hunting are 150 yards to 200 yards away from the treehouse. On property 90 yard archery range, 50 yard golfing/chilling green. Outdoor commercial kitchen with 2 basket oil deep fat fryer, 36” flat griddle, 5 burner gas grill and two burner cooker. Also a Good One smoker. Also includes 65” outdoor tv in the shelter house and 8’ outdoor fire pit. Need help dragging your deer or want to take a ride to the boat ramp??? Side by side 700 Yamaha is available to rent along with 3 jet skis, 25’ pontoon with 300HP Mercury, skis, inter-tubes, knee boards, float mats, ect
